We talked to other dealers, got different offers but we spoke to a friend of ours and they agreed that it would be a different experience this time around. He could not have been more right!! Andrew and Dominque understood my needs, my budget and my crazy schedule. Out of all of the dealerships we went to; this one was definitely the best experience ever. From meeting me outside upon arrival an using my name before I came in, to holding the door for me and asking the questions to better understand my needs, we were able to get into a vehicle that I needed for my family. The dealership's motto is TRANSPARENCY and they certainly live up to it. Bill and Annette made the entire process easy for me from talking about what I wanted, through agreement, through financing, to picking up my new vehicle. Lisa spent plenty of time with me at pickup to review all the details including tech options, etc. I drove away HAPPY. I'm looking forward to getting all my service done by North Share Mazda as well.
