My son likes to talk cars with them and they have guven him advice when he had our old Mazda. They let you know if a sale is coming that you may need, like when you get a free tire if you buy 4. I would not go elsewhere. More

Awful Experience This was the worst experience looking for a new car and would never recommend this place to anyone who is comparing prices. From the second I sat down This was the worst experience looking for a new car and would never recommend this place to anyone who is comparing prices. From the second I sat down with Bill his first words were in an arrogant way I only have 10 minutes and I know your comparing prices from another dealer. We do this all the time and we will know if the numbers are right. I did not have a quote in writing from the other dealer and at that point he made me feel like a liar. He then handed me off to Zoie who was pleasant at first but then went down the same road with the insinuation that I was making the numbers up. Totally unprofessional and when I asked for my keys back she said if you can really get the car at that price let me know so I can go buy 10 of them. Zoie just so you know I did get the car at that price and the people at the other dealer ship were nothing but accommodating from beginning to end. If you want to be treated like a criminal then North Shore Mazda is the place for you. More

Bill Iannelli was quick to respond, helpful, and offered a no-pressure attitude. My buying experience was excellent - Dominique Charles was friendly, quite knowledgeable, and also not pushy at all in her approach. She was up-front and thorough in her explanations, and able to answer all questions I had. Brian Coyle in the finance department was an advocate, trying to find the beat deal for me and a very straight-shooter when it came to numbers. Rich, the sales manager, was also quite friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I was able to buy exactly the vehicle I wanted while remaining in my budget, and in a very pleasant, no-pressure atmosphere. Highly recommend! More

Wonderful experience I have had my 2014 Madza serviced with North Shore Mazda for years and was looking to to upgrade to a new used 2016 Mazda. Duarte was friendly and ver I have had my 2014 Madza serviced with North Shore Mazda for years and was looking to to upgrade to a new used 2016 Mazda. Duarte was friendly and very knowledgeable. He didn't pressure me to buy and I felt very comfortable. When I went to pick up my car Duarte did everything for me and I was on my way in no time to enjoy my new car.
