My buying experience was excellent - Dominique Charles was friendly, quite knowledgeable, and also not pushy at all in her approach. She was up-front and thorough in her explanations, and able to answer all questions I had. Brian Coyle in the finance department was an advocate, trying to find the beat deal for me and a very straight-shooter when it came to numbers. Rich, the sales manager, was also quite friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I was able to buy exactly the vehicle I wanted while remaining in my budget, and in a very pleasant, no-pressure atmosphere. Highly recommend! More

Second chance at a first impression Andrew Mwangi and Dominque Charles have restored my faith in North Shore Mazda! This is my 5th Mazda and I was very disappointment in the last purchas Andrew Mwangi and Dominque Charles have restored my faith in North Shore Mazda! This is my 5th Mazda and I was very disappointment in the last purchase. We were looking everywhere else to find a deal to get out of this mazda. We talked to other dealers, got different offers but we spoke to a friend of ours and they agreed that it would be a different experience this time around. He could not have been more right!! Andrew and Dominque understood my needs, my budget and my crazy schedule. Out of all of the dealerships we went to; this one was definitely the best experience ever. From meeting me outside upon arrival an using my name before I came in, to holding the door for me and asking the questions to better understand my needs, we were able to get into a vehicle that I needed for my family. We did it under budget too! Their efficiency from start to finish is what I needed in my busy life. They have restored my faith in North Shore Mazda and I could not be more grateful. Truly Consultants not Salespeople! The BEST. I hadn't bought a new car in over 10 years and I researched the Mazda CX-5 before I went into the dealership but I remember the old days where you wou I hadn't bought a new car in over 10 years and I researched the Mazda CX-5 before I went into the dealership but I remember the old days where you wouldn't necessarily get the "best price" if you weren't a good haggler. The dealership's motto is TRANSPARENCY and they certainly live up to it. Bill and Annette made the entire process easy for me from talking about what I wanted, through agreement, through financing, to picking up my new vehicle. Lisa spent plenty of time with me at pickup to review all the details including tech options, etc. I drove away HAPPY. I'm looking forward to getting all my service done by North Share Mazda as well.
