Service incompetence Northshore Mazda has had my car for four straight weeks. They could not figure out what was going on. I called the Mazda Corporation and got them invo Northshore Mazda has had my car for four straight weeks. They could not figure out what was going on. I called the Mazda Corporation and got them involved. Mazda corporation agreed to cover the cost. Okay. I appreciate that. I picked up my car today from the dealership and do you know it is still not fixed correctly? I have been more than patience with the situation with my car. I have had enough. They are incompetent to fix my car. I will be taking my car elsewhere to get fixed. I can not keep wasting my time as they have told me over the course of four weeks my car was fixed and ready for pick up and when I arrived at the dealership three times it still wasn’t fixed. Today, it is still not fixed. . Enough is enough and I have had enough. More
