I was treated as a “real” person—like one friend should treat another friend. The terms Respect and Courtesy appear quite often in prior reviews. Obviously, the folks at IRA MAZDA are quite serious about customer service. Take a look at the mission statement on their website. IRA MAZDA walks the walk… Of course, exceptional service would be of limited value if the product was less than excellent. Fortunately, MAZDA excels. I chose the MAZDASPEED 3. It is exceptional, just like the folks at IRA MAZDA of Danvers. A special thanks to Albert for his patience. He has earned my sincere respect. His post-sale follow up call (to make sure that I was completely satisfied) was much appreciated. When looking for your next car, you will do well to put IRA MAZDA on your "short list". Their goal is to please...and they achieve. More
I came in for service for my 2005 Mazda Tribute, whose warranty had recently expired. My dashboard gauges, odometer, speedometer gas meter... everything.... had stopped working the morning before. The warranty had recently expired. My dashboard gauges, odometer, speedometer gas meter... everything.... had stopped working the morning before. The service staff that busy Saturday was extremely courteous, and fit me in. However, I was informed that the repair was not just a fuse, as I had hoped. I was told that I would have to leave the car, and that the dash would have to be completely pulled apart on Monday - AT LEAST an 8 hour job, since they had no idea what the issue might be. I was hoping to get a rental for the rest of the weekend, and when I went to see the manager, Gary, he SOFT-sold me on trading in my Tribute for a new (or possibly used) vehicle WITH a warranty. Assuredly, the Tribute was going to begin to cost me, as I needed new tires and brakes. I spent almost 6 hours with Gary and the team's #1 salesman, AJ. They couldn't have been more personable, thorough, or professional. After driving a few different styles, I fell for a 2008 M3, and after an afternoon of car talk, I drove away in my new car. I couldn't be happier. I had no plans to buy a new vehicle, but it was the best decision of 2009 (it was only Jan 4!). Thanks to the guys at Ira Mazda. More
I was looking to trade-in my Mazda-3 for a CX-7 or CX-9, and was referred to IRA by a friend who had a great experience with the dealership. I can't say enough about the exceptional service we received from Gary and Kal throughout the entire buying process. I have been to many dealerships over the years where I felt disrespected (treated like because I was a 'woman' I didn't know anything about cars) and pushed into buying a car that I didn't want, and never once did I feel that way at IRA. I am utterly in love with my new CX-9, and strongly recommend heading to IRA and speaking to Kal and Gary, I assure you, you won't be disappointed!! More

I own many autos, mostly luxury class. I also am the primary purchaser of vehicles for my immediate family. This means I have bought at least one car per year for the past 15 years. During this time, primary purchaser of vehicles for my immediate family. This means I have bought at least one car per year for the past 15 years. During this time, the auto industry has changed in product, in value, in approach to customer service, in approach to marketing, etc. My comfort zone is generally with those dealers with whom I have had positive experiences. When I purchased this Mazda CX9, it was my daughter-in-law's choice auto. I shopped a bit and settled in with IRA after my initial interface with a cracker-jack salesman--Albert Blank. From explaining the vehicle highlites to the benefits of dealing with IRA, I had all necessary information to make an informed decision. A test drive, a visit to the service dept, a visit with the sales manager and business manager cemented the deal ( after a reasonable give and take during non-contentious negotiations). The auto was delivered meeting all expectations. I mentioned to the IRA personnel the fact that their treatment and service are equal to those in luxury dealerships which I have experienced. It is no wonder that IRA has built upon the fine foundation of the founder--Ira Rosenberg--and I expect will continue to be a leading edge dealership on the Route 114 auto strip. More
Spent the entire weekend looking and maneuvering hard for a new CX7 for my wife. I don't think you could find a nicer group of car guys than the aforementioned. They gave us a great price on a new CX7, the price we were asking for our trade (not upside down but out with a small profit) and a really really great financing rate. One of their competitors tried to entice with us with what they claimed was a "better deal"; however, we reasoned that it was better to work with warm and likable people (Chris Gannett is a real gentleman) rather than chase a few dollars in "potential" savings. What more could you ask for. I'd highly recommend this dealership. Greg G More
I had been looking for a reasonably priced SUV that was good on gas. My search took me to many dealerships, and I had looked at various models. When arrived at Ira Mazda the sales staff where holding the good on gas. My search took me to many dealerships, and I had looked at various models. When arrived at Ira Mazda the sales staff where holding their morning meeting in the parking lot. I feared that this would be another case of getting out of my car and being attacked by pushy sales people. To my surprise, I was greeted by Emilio Rodriguez and he offered me the information and facts that I was looking for. I test drove two different models before deciding that the Mazda Tribute was a serious contender and I was ready to make a purchase. Emilio made sure that the paperwork was a painless process. Eager to drive away in my new vehicle, Emilio personally made sure that my new vehicle was cleaned, fueled, and ready to go. Overall, Emilio’s honesty, kindness, product knowledge, and willingness to go that extra mile for his customers made my decision to purchase a Mazda easy. In dealing with Emilio, customers will be offered a stress-free, uncomplicated, comfortable experience. Ira Mazda is lucky to have such a great individual on their team. More
I went into IRA Mazda anticipating that all the salespeople would be pushy, obnoxious and untrustworthy and instead I was greeted by Scott Coughlin. He was the opposite of all the bad stereotypes salespeople would be pushy, obnoxious and untrustworthy and instead I was greeted by Scott Coughlin. He was the opposite of all the bad stereotypes about car salesmen. I found him competent, courteous, funny (!) and respectful. My boyfriend and I spent about an hour with him on the Friday after Thanksgiving and then 3.5 hours the following Sunday (when I walked out with my new 2009 Mazda3). Scott made me feel like a valued customer and I trusted him. Not only was he a consummate professional with me as the buyer but he was unbelievably patient and kind to my boyfriend's two kids. In fact, he called me to let me know that Evan (age 11) had left his paper airplane in the showroom and he gave it to when I came back to get the inspection sticker and registration! I felt like I got a really good price on the car and that Scott listened to my concerns and addressed what I wanted. He's a gem! More
I walked into IRA Mazda and was greeted by a very friendly and smiling salesperson named Geoffrey Quijada. I knew what I wanted and I told him exactly what I was looking for. (I have leased for yea friendly and smiling salesperson named Geoffrey Quijada. I knew what I wanted and I told him exactly what I was looking for. (I have leased for years and am very familiar with the process). He sat down with us and LISTENED. I was quite specific in details and he never said he couldn't do it. He was always smiling, pleasant and very professional. Even when he probably couldn't do something, he always was very polite and made an effort to accommodate me. I have to be truthful. I have been a Nissan customer for about 15 years and LOVED my Altima! It was surprising to me that I could finally be swayed to another car. (Although, the Mazda 6 was the only threat to MY Altima). After reaching a deal I believe was FAIR, I decided to go with Geoffrey and IRA Mazda. I picked up my car last night and couldn't be happier. (I do have to admit, I did grieve for a few moments over my trustworthy Altima that I had to give up). If all salespeople were like Geoffrey, the process of buying/leasing a vehicle would be a much nicer experience! Thanks Geoffrey for your outstanding service! By the way, Rich wants to know if you checked into getting those side moldings? HAHAHAHA! Sincerely, Nancy Corso More
