I had been looking for a reasonably priced SUV that was good on gas. My search took me to many dealerships, and I had looked at various models. I test drove two different models before deciding that the Mazda Tribute was a serious contender and I was ready to make a purchase. Emilio made sure that the paperwork was a painless process. Eager to drive away in my new vehicle, Emilio personally made sure that my new vehicle was cleaned, fueled, and ready to go. Overall, Emilio’s honesty, kindness, product knowledge, and willingness to go that extra mile for his customers made my decision to purchase a Mazda easy. I went into IRA Mazda anticipating that all the salespeople would be pushy, obnoxious and untrustworthy and instead I was greeted by Scott Coughlin. He was the opposite of all the bad stereotypes salespeople would be pushy, obnoxious and untrustworthy and instead I was greeted by Scott Coughlin. He was the opposite of all the bad stereotypes about car salesmen. I found him competent, courteous, funny (!) and respectful. My boyfriend and I spent about an hour with him on the Friday after Thanksgiving and then 3.5 hours the following Sunday (when I walked out with my new 2009 Mazda3). Scott made me feel like a valued customer and I trusted him. Not only was he a consummate professional with me as the buyer but he was unbelievably patient and kind to my boyfriend's two kids. In fact, he called me to let me know that Evan (age 11) had left his paper airplane in the showroom and he gave it to when I came back to get the inspection sticker and registration! I felt like I got a really good price on the car and that Scott listened to my concerns and addressed what I wanted. He's a gem! More

I walked into IRA Mazda and was greeted by a very friendly and smiling salesperson named Geoffrey Quijada. I knew what I wanted and I told him exactly what I was looking for. (I have leased for years and am very familiar with the process). He sat down with us and LISTENED. I was quite specific in details and he never said he couldn't do it. He was always smiling, pleasant and very professional. Even when he probably couldn't do something, he always was very polite and made an effort to accommodate me. I have to be truthful. I have been a Nissan customer for about 15 years and LOVED my Altima! It was surprising to me that I could finally be swayed to another car. (Although, the Mazda 6 was the only threat to MY Altima). After reaching a deal I believe was FAIR, I decided to go with Geoffrey and IRA Mazda. I picked up my car last night and couldn't be happier. (I do have to admit, I did grieve for a few moments over my trustworthy Altima that I had to give up). If all salespeople were like Geoffrey, the process of buying/leasing a vehicle would be a much nicer experience! Thanks Geoffrey for your outstanding service! This is a fantastic car. Lots of space, great gas mileage, even room for car seats!. I've had no maintenance problems. He was polite, curtious, and very informative, without being pushy at all. He was so excited about the new Mazda 6 and asked if I was interested in a test drive. After answering all of my questions and helping with the negotiations, I drove off the lot that afternoon in my new car. I was in the market for a CX-9, and visited IRA Mazda, Liberty Mazda, and Wellesley Mazda. Ira Mazda was the only one that made the process simple and painless. They had great customer Service. Emilio is a real professional, well informed, knew Mazda and competition product details, and whenever I wanted to talk to him, he was just a phone call away. There were no bad surprises, only good ones. I have two friends looking for a new Mazda, and I have already recommended them to visit IRA Mazda, and see Emilio, the best sales professional for their car shopping needs. I have recently stopped by the dealership to look for a car for my daughter. I wasn't sure if the Mazda 3 or the 6 would be a better choice for her.
