I had a very good experience with this dealership due to my salesperson, Jesus. When I went to Ira Mazda, I was not ready to buy at that point. I was at the beggining of my search for a new car. Jesus never presured me at all. When I left the dearlership I told him I would not be ready to buy for a few weeks. He called me once to let me know it was nice meeting me and if I had any question or when I was ready to buy give him a call. Two or three weeks later I contacted him and told him I was ready to buy the CX9 and told him the color I wanted an the options. He got me the car I wanted. I would recommend Jesus to all my friends. More
After having a negative experience at another Mazda dealership, my husband and I went to Ira Mazda with hopes of purchasing a new car. We had a fantastic experience buying our car at Ira Mazda. Our salesman, AJ, was fantastic: he was friendly, professional, and straightforward. Also, Ira was able to not only meet our target price, but exceed it -- they gave us a deal we could not refuse. My husband and I have a toddler and had to bring her to the dealership while we purchased the car. The process of filling out all of the required paperwork took nearly three hours, during which ALL of the sales staff was very friendly towards our entire family, especially our daughter, which was very much appreciated. More
We had an excellent experience with Ira Mazda. Kal was very helpful in showing us the advantages of the CX-9. He and Chris the manager put together an aggressive offer and the assistance we received afte very helpful in showing us the advantages of the CX-9. We love the car and if we are in the market for a Mazda again we would absolutely start with Kal again. I recommend Kal and Ira Mazda without hesitation. More
This was the second time I have gone to the Ira Mazda of Danvers to look at new cars (and the second time I ended up getting a new Mazda6). Both experiences were good. The most recent experience the Sales Manager worked with me for a few hours running different numbers and payment options for me. The time and patience that both the Sales Manager and Sales Consultant had while I looked over all the options was much appreciated. I had an overall great experience working with the people at this dealership, and would recommend it to anyone interested in looking at a Mazda. More

The whole experience was absolutely delightful! The level of respect extended to me during each visit (by Albert, Gary and Eric) went beyond professional courtesy. I was treated as a “real” person—like one friend should treat another friend. The terms Respect and Courtesy appear quite often in prior reviews. Obviously, the folks at IRA MAZDA are quite serious about customer service. Take a look at the mission statement on their website. IRA MAZDA walks the walk… Of course, exceptional service would be of limited value if the product was less than excellent. Fortunately, MAZDA excels. I chose the MAZDASPEED 3. It is exceptional, just like the folks at IRA MAZDA of Danvers. A special thanks to Albert for his patience. He has earned my sincere respect. His post-sale follow up call (to make sure that I was completely satisfied) was much appreciated. When looking for your next car, you will do well to put IRA MAZDA on your "short list". Their goal is to please...and they achieve. More
I came in for service for my 2005 Mazda Tribute, whose warranty had recently expired. My dashboard gauges, odometer, speedometer gas meter... everything.... had stopped working the morning before. The service staff that busy Saturday was extremely courteous, and fit me in. However, I was informed that the repair was not just a fuse, as I had hoped. I was told that I would have to leave the car, and that the dash would have to be completely pulled apart on Monday - AT LEAST an 8 hour job, since they had no idea what the issue might be. I was hoping to get a rental for the rest of the weekend, and when I went to see the manager, Gary, he SOFT-sold me on trading in my Tribute for a new (or possibly used) vehicle WITH a warranty. Assuredly, the Tribute was going to begin to cost me, as I needed new tires and brakes. I spent almost 6 hours with Gary and the team's #1 salesman, AJ. They couldn't have been more personable, thorough, or professional. After driving a few different styles, I fell for a 2008 M3, and after an afternoon of car talk, I drove away in my new car. I couldn't be happier. I had no plans to buy a new vehicle, but it was the best decision of 2009 (it was only Jan 4!). Thanks to the guys at Ira Mazda. More
I was looking to trade-in my Mazda-3 for a CX-7 or CX-9, and was referred to IRA by a friend who had a great experience with the dealership. I can't say enough about the exceptional service we received from Gary and Kal throughout the entire buying process. I have been to many dealerships over the years where I felt disrespected (treated like because I was a 'woman' I didn't know anything about cars) and pushed into buying a car that I didn't want, and never once did I feel that way at IRA. I am utterly in love with my new CX-9, and strongly recommend heading to IRA and speaking to Kal and Gary, I assure you, you won't be disappointed!! More
