my salesperson, ZOE VENTRE was all heart and no BS! I was excited to buy a NEW car... til I started shopping... the experience was HORRIBLE… til I met ZOE VENTRE at North Shore Mazda (NSM)! She is a br I was excited to buy a NEW car... til I started shopping... the experience was HORRIBLE… til I met ZOE VENTRE at North Shore Mazda (NSM)! She is a breath of fresh air in the midst of smothering, lying, deceitful car salespeople! “Bait-and-Switch” is a real thing and unfortunately, most dealerships do it. But NSM is NOT like that... “the price is the price” at NSM... and it’s the “BEST price”, believe me, I did my homework. So I’ll start with “I LOVE MY NEW MAZDA CX3!!” Now, back to my salesperson… Zoe’s sales style (she definitely has style!!) was amazing, kind, with a touch of humor and she was extremely thoughtful to MY needs, the way I drive and what I need and use my vehicle for. From what I’ve learned, NSM sales people are not commission-driven so they have the opportunity to REALLY care. That being said, I had the opportunity to briefly work with 2 other staff members at NSM prior to meeting Zoe and simply put and no offense, she “out shined them” as well as every other sales person at every other dealership I visited over the last 2 months (and there were a lot)! She made sure I “knew and loved” my car before I left and was there afterwards (via phone and my drop-in visits) to answer questions and make sure I was happy, right down to my service plan and amazing warranty. I would highly recommend Zoe at NSM to anyone and everyone! She actually CARED, which is rare to find in car salespeople and lawyers (haha... stop it, you know it’s true)!! In the world of Car Sales, she is a UNICORN among warthogs and I am grateful I got to work with her! THANKS ZOE!! More

Great used car buying experience! I had a great experience at North Shore Mazda! I did a lot of my research online so coming in to buy a used car, I knew what I was looking for.
