I had largely decided that the Miata would be the best car for the value before I went to visit Ira. Al Blank was asked to help me test drive a model off the lot with features similar to the vehicle I wa car for the value before I went to visit Ira. Al briefly but more than adequately described the features but stated the best explanations would be found in the test drive. Al was friendly, knowledgeable and offered his input mostly when I asked questions. His suggestion of not only testing the vehicle on the highway but extending our drive through some curvy hilly areas really help me understand the handling characteristics of the MX-5. Purchasing a new car is never a simple stress free decision, Al made this purchase one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had to date. Thanks Al! More

With the help of the sales manager Gary Clarke, we were able to negotiate a price, for this 2009 Mazda 5, that we could afford. Gary was very pleasant and had a great personality. We also met with Rich Tewksbury for all the financial paperwork and he made it quite easy and a comfortable experience. Although Oleg gave me a prompt and reasonable quote by e-mail, when I arrived at the dealer it turned out they did not have the exact car requested, Mazda5 Sport standard transmission, only the automatic e-mail, when I arrived at the dealer it turned out they did not have the exact car requested, Mazda5 Sport standard transmission, only the automatic transmission. I had made my request specific for the manual through a quoting service (Kelley Blue Book). All the other dealers got it, and correctly responded with respect to the standard transmission. When we expressed out dissapointment, Chris then verbally offered a far lower price for when they could get the car, I'm afraid that a verbal quote and a car that they don't have isn't good enough. This model seems to be in short supply, so we ended up purchasing at another dealer who had the car in the lot. I think this dealer is overrated. More
