I did a lot of research before I decided on the car I wanted. The first time I went to this dealer, I met with Al. I test drove the Mazda3 with him. When I went back for a second look, Kal helped me because Al was on vacation. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly. He took time with my father and I in deciding on the specific features I wanted in my vehicle. He was very easy to talk to and always smiling. A few days after I purchased the car, I went back for my registration and inspection and saw Kal again. He sat with me while I waited for my inspection and made me feel very comfortable. The same day, I also met Jesus and the general manager (Chris?) and they were very friendly as well. Imagine a dealership where you don't need to haggle, there is no pressure put on you to buy and they are willing to work with any request you can throw at them. Well that's Ira Mazda in a nutshell. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I am person who does minimum 20 hours research before buying a $300 camera, so you can imagine what I did for a car. This dealership blows everyone else out of the water in regards to customer service, honesty, pricing, etc, etc... Do yourself a favor, shop everywhere else first, get prices and then come here last and you will see what I mean.
