We had shopped around for a fuel efficient, well-appointed hatchback for 2 months. Compared them all on-line, Matrix, Yaris, Fit, Versa, Insight, Mazda3. At the dealers they all nickel and di well-appointed hatchback for 2 months. Compared them all on-line, Matrix, Yaris, Fit, Versa, Insight, Mazda3. At the dealers they all nickel and dime the option packages and suddenly a 15,000 hatchback is 23,000 because you want a "luxury" like AC or keyless entry! NOT MAZDA and AJ! The base model 2.5 had all the options that should come on a modern car. And the drive experience is amazing. AJ clearly explained all the financing and leasing options and was able to put us in a better car, right in our budget range with no pressure. At the end of the day what more can you ask for? Do yourself a favor and add a Mazda test drive to your list! More

Excellent price (well, I was buying a few days before Christmas...), no pressure (almost). Unfortunately, at that time they did not have the right color in stock and could not get it either. Fast forward six years - I was treated with respect and friendliness. The price Al gave me over the phone was the one I ended up paying and the whole deal took no more than an hour-and-a-half. They had to get the car from another dealership, so it took two visits (90 minutes total). As for the word "almost" I used in the beginning, well, we are talking about a car dealership, right? I was asked to stop by the same day to sign the paperwork (not a big deal as I was planning to do it anyway) and the finance manager tried to sell me an extended warranty (for about 60 seconds), and told me I was the first one to ever refuse it. I thought he had a good sense of humor... All in all, I'd recommend IRA Mazda in a heartbeat and certainly will go there again when I decide to buy another Mazda. More
