As soon as I started looking at cars in the lot, I was approached by Taylor, who asked if he could be of help, and what type of car I was interested in. I wasn't really going to buy for another 6-8 weeks, and took a brochure to go over. The next day, 3/20/10, I went back with my wife for a test drive. Taylor was busy, so I spoke with Kal Dabliz, who has to be one of the most knowledgable salesman I've ever met. I was going to test drive a standard, but the one he brought out an automatic. He convinced me to try it since it had a five speed standard mode. We test drive it and decided to buy it right away. My wife, who has arm and shoulder problems, but who has always driven a standard, loved the feature. Kal did a great job going over all of the features when we picked it up, and we've been having a blast driving it since. The Mazda 3, 2.5, five door Grand Touring model has the best features we've ever had in a car, and it's just great fun to drive. The discount we got, plus the zero % financing made it all the better. I highly recommend this dealership, and make sure you ask for Kal when you visit. You can tell he is very passionate about the Mazda line, and is a great salesman. He really knows his stuff. We are also planning to get a car for my wife in about three months. My wife likes the new Altima 3.5. Kal said to see him first before we buy, which we'll do. I can't guarantee what she will end up with but we will see how the Altima and Mazda 6 compare. My previous car was a Mini Cooper, and although it was fun to drive and easy to park, I like this car much better. It's the third Mazda we've owned. Age-wise, we are in our mid fifties. More
I recently bought an 08 Mazda 3 and I was more than impressed with the customer service. They were patient and accommodating with me during my car search. Currently my Mazda gets serviced there however I generally have to wait more than I like. But I like to visit with nice ppl I've meet. More

Our buying experience with Ira Mazda couldn't have been easier. The very friendly and personable Albert Blank was our sales consultant! Al was very patient, giving us all the time we needed to look over the car while he explained its many internal features and how to set them up/use them. We had a great test drive, all the while having the car's performance-, safety- and automatic-features pointed out by Al. We love our new CX9! We would definitely recommend Ira Mazda to anyone looking to buy a new Mazda. The many other people we talked to and dealt with at Ira were friendly, helpful and all seemed knowledgable about happenings at the dealership - very cohesive group. Truly a well-run dealership! More
I had a flat tire yesterday and was never given the lug nut key when I purchased my CX7..They took care of their mistake though! Him and another Mazda employee changed my tire to the spare right there on the side of the road. I went to the dealership with my spare on and they changed all the locks and gave me a key, They didn't have the tired I needed instock and I didn't feel comfortable driving all the way home with the spare. So, Chris Gannett offered me a rental. I left the dealership happy after being very upset over the situation. Everyone makes mistakes, but not many make up for it...IRA Mazda definitely takes care of their customers!! So glad I purchased from them and not Liberty Mazda! More
Al was aware of what I wanted in a car and when he found they did not have it on the lot, he went and got it for me. I had a very good car buying experience with Ira Mazda. I tried all the other dealers in the other area and came to an conclusion that Ira Mazda is way better in the following areas. 1. We were made a deal that we couldn't let go! Al was a determined salesman, and one that went out of his way to make the deal happen. He even came in on his day off to help us in a car decision! My many phone calls were taken without hesitation, and I am so impressed by the way he walked us through the whole transaction. Hey stayed with us as we sat with Chris to figure out what the deal was. After our agreement for the car my husband and I wanted to purchase, there was a problem with the price that was agreed upon, so I sat with Chris, and we all came to an agreement. Chris was very business like during the negotiation and listened very carefully to my situation as he understood me. After our agreement we started talking. My husband and I became very impressed with him and I was able to tell that he was a very warm individual. I have already told one of my employees to go by there and see what they have to offer. She was expressing how she may want to purchase a new car, so I told her about my experience. One more thing to add......So far I love my car!!! More
I decided to get a price from Ira Mazda because a family member had recommended them. I've bought many, many cars over the years and this was BY FAR the absolute best experience I've ever had. From the time I walked in the door and met the new sales guy Taylor to my calls with Gary Clark (s BY FAR the absolute best experience I've ever had. From the time I walked in the door and met the new sales guy Taylor to my calls with Gary Clark (sales manager) about what I wanted and the models he found for me to when Emilio delivered the car by showing me all the great features of my new Miata, everything has been perfect! I especially loved working with Gary. (big smile) He found me this beautiful competition yellow Miata that is absolutely gorgeous!! I'll admit, when he told me about it, I wasn't sure about the color. But he said, "You have to see this! It's exactly what you need" And, he was right. And, the care and patience that Emilio showed through all my questions was wonderful. I know I asked some simple questions, but he was great through it all. It really helped that he also has a Miata and has first-hand knowledge. That was extremely valuable to me as a new customer. They definitely love Mazda's at IRA and it comes through loud and clear. And, they definitely know how to treat their customers too. That makes all the difference!! Thanks Gary, Emilio, Al and Taylor. This was the best birthday present I've ever had and we'll be doing business for many more years to come. Cheers to you all! More
