With only 20,000 miles on my 2008 M3 (which I bought Jan 09), my power steering. went. Mazda had the car for 6 days and gave me a free rental. I called the GM to let him know that this was unacceptable for a new car, and I felt like I was driving a lemon... with 5 years left to pay off the car.... yet, only 1 1/2 years left on the warranty. Gary immediately recommended that we change the situation, and told me about the fabulous lease deal that Mazda was running, and it happened to be the last day of the month - June30. He convinced me to trade in the 2008, and get into a 2010 for 3 years, always covered by the warranty, and when that's up, choose a new lease. I was a lease customer with Honda in the past, and given the deal with rebates and $$ off for Mazda customers, I couldn't pass this up. Kal took over and worked with me through the sale. A.J. was as friendly and helpful as always. I was already partial to A.J. and Gary, as they took such good care of me in Jan 09... now, Kal has joined the elite force. These 3 guys deserve a raise :) More

I have now purchased two Mazda cars and I was extrenely pleased with everything at Ira Mazda especially working with Albert Blank. My only concern was the lack of telling me enough information about"Car Care Service Plan while purchasing a car and other times as well. i.e. that I should have had $250 deducted from my purchase price due to my purchasing a new car and that I was also supposed to have 50% taken off the purchase of a windshiel wiper, no 5% off Accessorys, and 10$ off Four Wheels Alignment. Within in an hour my concern was settled in a courtiest and friendly manner. Another reason to deal with Mazda. As I said to "The Russian" we will be thinking about another auto in 2 or three years. Within 30 minutes AJ from Ira called with good price on exactly the model I wanted. Negotiated over phone from the comfort of my dining room, get best imaginable price within 10 minutes. 5.Tuesday morning: Verbally accepted offer from AJ at Ira, put down deposit, over phone. 6.Wednesday morning: AJ calls to tell me he has car ready. 7.Wednesday night: Go in to Ira to sign all paperwork, including 0% loan for 60 months. 8.Thursday night: Pick up car, Domingo has everything in order, and I'm happily on my way in shiny new silver Mazda3 S Sport. Couldn't be happier with the car, the dealership, and the whole experience. Internet car shopping is the only way! More

I was looking for a "toy", and Ira Mazda had a 1996 Miata that fit the bill perfectly!!! Al greeted us the minute I got out of our car, and over the next week of "horse-trading", was VERY interested in helpi that fit the bill perfectly!!! Tho I certainly DID encounter a few "sharks" in the waters, I found Al Blank to be forthright, honest, funny, and genuinely interested in my customer satisfaction. ALL the interactions I had with Al were beyond reproach.All transactions were handled with courtesy and respect, and at no time did I EVER feel pressured by this salesman to "hurry up and buy the car". This is my THIRD Mazda (I have a MPV 2004 at home, and had a 2000 MPV prior to that!), and I am thrilled to have it! Al Blank is truly an asset to the car sales industry - there should be a whole lot more folks like him out there!!!! More

I went in having "practiced" how I was going to stick to my price and what I wanted and needed in a car. Though I think I met the entire staff by the time I was finished with my deal. Apparently my car was the subject of some discussions regarding it's previous owner. Overall I felt good buying my car from Emilio and all the guys at Ira Mazda. I can't say that I've ever walked away from a car purchase without a bit of nervousness until now. Fred was a great help with the financial portion of the transaction, he definitely helped me out to make sure I got the best rate and options for my loan. Here it is, I've had my car for about 14 hours and I'm still beaming. I don't think I could have had a smoother transaction or picked a better dealership. I will most certainly recommend Emilio and Ira Mazda to my friends and family and they will certainly be my first stop next time around. More

I received a phone call from Gannon about the Mazda 3i Touring, and I asked him about the price over the phone and he said we can discuss it whenever I get around to coming in. I went in to IRA Mazda a couple nights later with a friend of mine. Albert Blank (very courteous and nice) greeted me, and I asked for Gannon, as he said during our phone conversation to ask for him whenever I get there. So I did. He came out and shook hands with me. Everything is fine. Later, when Al and I were going through and discussing the price, and Al wanted to know what price I was comfortable with. I wrote down a price. Al then went to Gannon and told him how much I wanted the car for. After a few minutes, he came back, and I asked him for verdict. Al responded back by saying that he has good news and that Gannon wanted to talk to me personally about it. So Al showed me the way to his office. I stood in the office for about minute, just waiting for Gannon to finish whatever he was doing on the computer - Personally, I think he should have called me in when he was all set on the computer, rather than have me standing there waiting awkwardly. When he turned around on his chair (still on the computer), he responded by saying that "you want the car for that price?! you're not going to get that price anywhere. no dealer would accept a price like that." This wasnt the good news I was expecting, nor did I expect Gannon to say this in the open air in front of 3 other IRA workers. This should have been discussed in a closed room. I was embarassed in front of Ira workers. I wasn't even offered a different price. The price quoted by Mazda was $300 more than the other dealership I came from. Yes, the price I asked for is $16,500, which I expected to be turned out, but not turned down like that. At least bargain and fight for a customer to make him feel comfortable with a price. Instead, I walked away, embarassed, and made to feel like a man that's just been slapped and insulted in a world I have fought and worked very hard for everything I've earned. I walked away, feeling that Gannon thinks that he is better than me and that neither he nor Ira needs or wants my business. That is the "good" news Al Blank was referring to. Gannon could have just told Al Blank to tell me "no" and be done with a customer. What "good" news was there to tell me? Even my friend who was with me at the time was left with a very unsettling feeling, and left him knowing that he was glad that he won't have to go through Ira Mazda. My experience tells him not to buy from Ira Mazda, not by word of mouth from me. More

I initially sent out a request for a "quick quote" through Edmunds.com. I received responses from five dealers and ONLY IRA Mazda quoted me a price on the desired vehicle on the FIRST email. The other four dealers responded with an email that had everything EXCEPT what I was looking for.....a price quote!!! Since IRA was the only one who gave me a price quote on the Mazda 3iTouring, it was the only dealership that I visited. I was immediately helped by Emilio Rodriguez. I test drove both a manual and automatic transmission and decided on the the automatic. There was no haggling over price. IRA offered a price under invoice and the 0% financing offer was the "icing on the cake". I asked them to keep the car for two weeks until my son returned from college so he could drive it off the dealer lot. No problem...done! I would buy a car from IRA Mazda in a minute and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in the purchase of a Mazda. More
