We had heard good things about the Mazda3 as a used vehicle - fun to drive and reliable as well as resonably priced. Albert and his manger Eric were completely knowledgable and open with information as to both the car we found and liked as well as the competitive nature of the pricing. It was the first time I sat in a dealership doing research on the internet using their computer and network - but they were happy to have me do it as they were pretty certain they had priced the car correctly and they were right. It was a very positive buying experience. Post agreement the business manager and the service team did a great job making the process as painless as possible and not trying to over-pressure the add on maintenance or services. The dealership prices their cars so that they will come up in any search you conduct online for best price on models in stock. I bought my new car Sunday evening and they were set for me to come by to get the car inspected and my new registration from them yesterday. Al was Johnny on the Spot when we pulled in and made the expereince fun and low pressure. He makes you feel that you are "in the driver's seat" and has all the time in the world to devote to you while you make your decision. He is top notch at his game but you won't mind "going for the ride". Don't forget to get your bottled water and popcorn while you wait to sign the papers. More
