All of my experiences with Albert and Ira have been very positive. Albert is a great sales person, he works for his customers!! I have leased 2 cars and just purchased a new Miata!! He is straight forward and will do everything in his power to help you get the car you want. Ira Mazda is great to work with also. They are very helpful and supportive. I would recommend anyone that is looking for any type of car to go to Ira and specifically ask for Albert, you will not be disappointed....and you will leave with the car you want at a very favorable price. I needed to replace my vehicle quickly as I had had an accident and was in a rental car. I needed a compact wagon but it had to be affordable. The dealership prices their cars so that they will come up in any search you conduct online for best price on models in stock. I bought my new car Sunday evening and they were set for me to come by to get the car inspected and my new registration from them yesterday. Al was Johnny on the Spot when we pulled in and made the expereince fun and low pressure. He makes you feel that you are "in the driver's seat" and has all the time in the world to devote to you while you make your decision. He is top notch at his game but you won't mind "going for the ride". Don't forget to get your bottled water and popcorn while you wait to sign the papers. More

We had a great experience at Ira. We weren't even planning to look at Mazdas but once we drove the car, we knew we loved it. Al was great to work with. Went in with a number in mind. When AJ's first number was way too high, we asked for our keys and proceeded to walk out. Rather than return our keys, AJ came back and asked what would get it done. We told him, and he returned with two options, which were about halfway to our goal. When he reviewed the line items with us, my husband asked him what "Cash $1500" was. AJ replied, "Oh nothing, that's just another discount." We said we had to mull it over and would call the next day. When we called and left a message, AJ never called back. We called again and spoke with AJ. He said he would see what he could do and would call us back within 20 minutes. He never called. The next day, as we were proceeding to another dealer, the original salesman called to find out where we stood. We told him, and he called us right back saying they would meet our compromised number. After finding someone to watch our kids, I went down that evening to sign the paperwork, only to arrive and find out that the deal was predicated on me putting $1500 down! Not only was this not communicated to us upfront, AJ did not even answer truthfully when *we* pointed it out. More
Incredibly easy. We walked in the door at 4pm on a Sunday and had the car in our hands at lunch on Monday. No manipulation, no hard sell, totally straightforward and easy. We had done a bunch of research and then gotten Internet quotes beforehand (Ira's was the lowest of the places we contacted), and they honored the quote exactly as stated, including 0% financing, no tricks, no games. Incredibly refreshing after our experiences at other dealers in the area. Romuelo was wonderful-- very helpful, made sure we knew exactly what was going on all the time, made sure everything went smoothly through the whole process and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We were VERY happy with him and with the whole experience. We would definitely come back and definitely ask for Romuelo!!! More
I really had very unfortunate experience with Ira Mazda service department last time -and I guess it was the last time I came there for any kind of service. 07/24/10 I had an appointment for oil changing, service department last time -and I guess it was the last time I came there for any kind of service. 07/24/10 I had an appointment for oil changing, 30K miles service and State Inspection for my 2007 Mazda 3. Mechanic found the front brakes rotors 1 mm and suggested to replace them, what shocked me instantly - 3 month ago, 04/24/10, the same mechanic performed the brakes inspection and found them all 5 mm according to the report. Is it really possible to get brakes from 5mm to 1mm in 3 months??!! Which the report can I trust? Also, yesterday 8/4/10 I got stopped by Police about my EXPIRED STATE INSPECTION STICKER (It was July 2010). You can imagine how surprised I was to see old 2010 sticker on my car… The good thing - I had the service invoice in the car with me, so I checked it and found that I actually was charged for the State Inspection but it was never performed this day 7/24/10. I had to come there at 7 am and get it finally done. Maria Gaft More

We usually arrive having done our research on the vehicle we are interested in and the dealership could't be more accommodating. Al Blank really knows the CX7 and spent a lot of time going over how everything works with me. He even went through it all again when we picked up the car just to make sure there were no questions. Al Blank is a great salesperson, very thorough, and we really appreciate it. We highly recommend IRA Mazda in Danvers! More
