This dealership is very state of the art. There is a very comfortable lounge to wait in while your car is being serviced. Coffee, Cookies, Cold Water etc are provided for your comfort. When Anthony Anzalone came on the scene, it was resolved immediately and in a very professional manner, I know he is the "new kid on the block", and hopefully his superiors recognize him for his efforts to satisfy his customer and get things done. I had purchased my last BMW at Rallye and boy, what a difference. They took my account for granted and when my lease came up for renewal, they didn't work with me at all on price. When I came to oyster b difference. They took my account for granted and when my lease came up for renewal, they didn't work with me at all on price. When I came to oyster bay, I worked with Kilroy and Neel and they couldn't have been any nicer and more upfront. In a matter of 15 minutes they had given me a much better deal then anybody else (and they didn't even make me take a car they had in stock, they actually ordered the exact car I wanted!). I had heard from a friend about their good experience and mine was just the same. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anybody looking for a BMW. More
I was referred by a friend here for a new car. I usually have very low expectations of salespeople when buying new cars. Maybe my experiences havent been stellar to say the least. Often it seems like they think they are doing you a favor by spending some of their time with you. Also at higher end dealerships, salespeople can think the car sells itself and little energy/focus/passion is put into the customer/product. End of the day these guys were fantastic. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very fair. I left feeling like I was taken good care of and can call with any additional questions/issues etc. These guys were focused on making sure I was happy when getting into the car along with being educated/informed. I felt like they told me like it was, with little fluff and straight forward answers. they also did a great job following up/being available to questions. All in all really an excellent experience. No doubt will be where I buy any BMWs going forward and will refer anytime Im asked.- Ian More
Noel and Bob are wonderful employees at BMW of oyster bay's service dept. They have went above and beyond repairing my car. I read the reviews on this site before I decided to purchase my car in this dealership and I have to say; I was a little hesitant to go there since I read one particular review that wasn't good, but I purchase my car in this dealership and I have to say; I was a little hesitant to go there since I read one particular review that wasn't good, but I decided to give them a chance, since I had a referral from one of my colleagues, who highly recommended this dealership. I got in touch with them and they promised me the lowest price for my BMW. I'm glad I did go to Oyster Bay BMW! The friendliness and professionalism of the staff impressed me and made me feel very comfortable and overall very satisfied with my purchase. I have to say, I don't picture these gentlemen like a reviewer here described them (valerio28). I mentioned this review; they said they don't even recognize dealerrater. Well, either way I also discarded the bad review comment since it has so many typos and grammar errors that it's painful to read... I'm an elementary school teacher and I have 6th graders who would write better and notice that "redicilouse" is not the same as "ridiculous", "maintece" is supposed to be "maintenance". These are the some other mistakes I found: "I didn't have to purchased". Instead of "I didn't have to purchase". "I didn't not deserve". Instead of "I did not deserve". And the ones that made me laugh: my owners manuels all certified cars come with manuels I called and called and never got my Manuels Manuels, Juans or Pedros, lol. A MANUAL, this person meant :) I'm not Shakespeare, but either he/she dropped out of school in the 5th grade or it is a competitor who wrote this... I'm just glad I didn't pay attention to it, I couldn't be happier with my car! More

I was very close to BMW Oyster Bay so I had my car towed. After not being able to get in either they had to break my window. Since I didn't know my car was being brought in that day I had a few valuables. Steve in service told me he would watch over my Canon camera,My iPad and an iTouch in the car.. I trusted him. It took them 3 weeks to get my car back to me. Upon getting it back and doing a quick scan I thought I saw everything .My iPad was put in the trunk with the screen against the wall. I noticed the back of the iPad because it was in a loud black and white case. Upon arriving home and going to get my iPad out of the car, I was sadden to pick it up and find it emptied. I immediately called BMW Oyster Bay and they said they would see what they could do and try and get me a new one. I have been given the run around. No one answers my phone calls or emails. Finally Rob Corrado called and he says they never had the iPad .. yet a few days before I have emails where he asked me to send him my receipt for it. It saddens me as I was told they are not taking responsibility that somewhere there stole it. My kids cry every time they are in the car. They had a lot of fun apps on it for learning and it kept them busy in the car. They offered me money off a service as compensation.. Do they really think I would ever bring my car back there ... They have to be kidding. Please watch your valuables if you are stuck using their dealorship. More
Having a few not-so-friendly experiences with previous BMW dealerships, I was not expecting the world when walking in the BMW of Oyster Bay. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience dealing with BMW of Oyster Bay. As soon as I got to the dealership, I was promptly assisted by a SA, John Tetta. His expertise in vehicles, courtesy and professionalism impressed me greatly. Not only did he have a great knowledge regarding the CPO 2008 335xi that I test-drove with him, the overall experience was heightened due to his friendly nature and conscientiousness. In the end, I was able to negotiate a pretty good deal with John's sales manager, Dennis, and was also able to work out an affordable and manageable finance plan with the finance manager, Marlon. BMW of Oyster Bay even offered to pay for the last 2 payments on my previously leased Infiniti G37 and return the car for me, which they did within a week of purchasing the 335xi. John's willingness to go above and beyond his obligations as a SA is what impulsed me to write up this review. Although he is a newer salesman, he is quickly learning the ropes and I HIGHLY suggest seeking him whenever you're in the market to buy a new/used/CPO BMW. More
I heard about BMW of Oyster Bay online because I was looking for a specific color on a car I have been looking foramd I saw on cars.com that BMW of Oyster Bay had the car. I called and spoke with Adeal to assure that the car I wanted was in stock; and he was helpful, but all the BS I went through was redicilouse, I am in the car business as well and I know that when it comes to approvals you don't have to purchase extra items to get an approval. But Dennis and Adeal told me in order to get 4.9 interest rate. That I have to purchase a 2,000 maintenance program and if I did not want it then I would have to cancel the whole deal,, that they were doing me a favor and this was the only way the bank would approve it. So I had one of my guys from my job, who does approvals for a living call Dennis and have him give me straight answer and all Dennis did was BS me and lie about my payment and about making me take a package I didn't have to purchased, when my co-worker called him he was shouting and being very rude I was shocked I didn't not deserve to be yelled at and told that if i didn't want it just cancel because he is doing me a favor, you would think I wasn't a customer the way I was treated! If I would of been asked I would of taken the maintece program instead it was forced apon me. Then they refused to give me, my owners manuels and told me my car doesn't come with it; all certified cars come with manuels, I called and called and never got my Manuels so if I go trade in my car I will have to pay $190 out of my pocket, I love my car but I will never ever do business with them again. I drove an hour to be treated like a fool! I even called the GM so many times and got no answer. More

Upon arriving, our salesman met us in the parking lot and immediately set up a test drive. Once back in dealership, they were cordial and made a great deal.. Delivery of vehicle was superb and very professional, but we felt like were dealing with family Highly recommend this dealer. Ralph Hveen, Dennis Brusco were excellent and we highly recommend you you contact them for your next purchase. More
