I do not usually bother sharing my views, but I had such an unbalanced experience between two dealers that I felt it was necessary. I went to Rallye BMW 4 times and negotiated a new 535XI. The salesman had an unbalanced experience between two dealers that I felt it was necessary. I went to Rallye BMW 4 times and negotiated a new 535XI. The salesman had no, and I mean NO KNOWLEDGE of the car, its options, and made me feel as though he was doing me a favor. I was assured in each meeting that I was getting the best price and that Rallye had little to no competition. HE WAS WRONG! I went to BMW of Oyster Bay and had one if not THE BEST car buying experiences of my life. Upon entering the showroom, I was greeted immediately, as opposed to no greeting and being told that I needed an appointment at Rallye. Even with an appointment, I waited. Let's just call them the other dealer from now on. My salesman (Michael Bianco)was a pure gentleman, not to mention a real car guy. I think when you’re buying a $60,000+ car, the salesman should know everything about it. The dealership maybe small, but the level of professionalism, service and overall friendliness blew the other dealer (Rallye)out of the water. There was not even a contest. The other dealer does have competition, and it comes from dealers like BMW of Oyster Bay and salesman like Michael Bianco. Oh, did I mention they beat the other dealer’s price, and I got some better options. My recommendation is that if you are serious about buying a BMW, the Ultimate Driving Machine, then go to BMW of Oyster Bay. It's a serious car and they are a serious dealer. I was introduced to the parts department and was given a tour of the entire dealership, not to mention that car washes are free for customers. The sales managers were actually interested in making me a customer. I am a customer for life. More

I worked with Robert Nowomiejski as my Mercedes lease was due in two months. Robert had my requirements and made sure I would receive what I wanted. Walked into the dealership in plain clothes and received excellent customer service and attention. The team there was great and did everything for me in good faith with no money down. My salesperson was great and made the experience enjoyable. The car wasn't initially a Certified Pre Owned vehicle but the dealer CPO'd it at our request for the added piece of mind. Love the car; great people at this dealership and will definitely come again. More
I was pleasantly surprised when I asked my salesman, Robert Nova, if he couls get me into a new car alkthough my lease was far from over. I expected to hear the usual thin gs like "you're upside down" or "we will need a large amount of cash down." Instead I heard "let me work on it" and 2 weeks later (only so long because of dear Hurricane Sandy, I was driving a new 5 and was extremely happy. My only non compromise issue was I needed a stick shift and which is like finding a needle in a haystack these days. Robert perservered and found one of the only stick on the east caost and I couldn't be happier with the car and its options. It is intersting to note that my regular dealership, the one where I brought my 5 prior cars for service, did not even try and here someone I did not ever do business with went the extra mile not only to get my business but to assure my happiness. The finance part of the deal, which is usually the least amount of fun (Kinda like the dentist's office)was completed without a hitch. Anthony Anzalone, the Finance Guy, went above and beyond to assure I was in the car for the best price and without any issues. I felt that he was determined to see that I was in the car quickly and effortlessly. Even when a small issue had to be dealt with 2 weeks later, I notified Anthony and 2 days later it was resolved to my satisfaction. I have no reservations referring anyone to Oyster Bay for their new BMW. More
Recently leased my 2nd vehicle from the dealership this year. Michael listened to what I wanted and expedited the process pain free. Many salespeople tell me what I want but don't listen. Michael was professional, courteous, and responsive. Anthony, the business mgr, was also very friendly and professional making the final paperwork process hassle free without the hard sell to any extras (i.e. tire insurance/tinting/accessories). At Oyster Bay, I didn't get lost or forgotten like a large dealership nearby that I used to deal with before. In fact, my extended family leased 2 other vehicles this year prior to my leases. Would happy to go back again and would recommend to my friends and family to work with Michael. More
