After 2 days of speaking with 2 different Salesman (Sam and John) about a used vehicle, I drove 4 1/2 hours to the dealership because they assured me the vehicle was in perfect condition. They also confirmed with me a definite price for my trade and then dropped $3000 when I got there. Would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Being that I am a BMW owner, I had the upmost faith in BMW dealerships but now I am second guessing how BMW dealership works. I would NOT have driven 4 1/2 hours to buy this vehicle had I known they were going to pull the switch and bate. The Salespeople told me one thing and when I got there it was another, besides the vehicle being uninspectable. Buy BEWARE!!! More

Went to get the left angel light bulb replaced for my car 3 series sedan. Easy to make appointment, so a phone call and an hour and a hundred dollar later I felt very happy since the angel lights were back o 3 series sedan. After the fix, I found ton of condensation inside the headlight after I drove in rainy condition. You would think that this is a simple job but apparently the technician wouldn't care less and didn't seal the headlight completely. So I made another trip and showed them a picture that I took and a day later they told me it's done and when I picked up guess what condensation right in front of me! Wow can you believe it! So I told the client advisor to take a look and she said ok keep the loaner and we will call you again. Well almost a week later I got a call from the service manager accusing me that my car was in an accident and the headlight cracked so there was condensation. Hello? There was no accident ever (and my car is the so called CPO ). How came there was no condensation before the fix? It didn't take much detective work to arrive at the conclusion. Stay away from this dealership. I just found out that their BBB rating is F. Go check it out yourself. More

I made an appointment to come in on a Saturday to check out a used BMW 3 series days ahead of time, the day I arrived I was directed to a different sales person who was very friendly but unprepared. The car was filthy dirty, coffee spills on the dash, sticky buttons, the aluminum foil around the iDrive was peeling off, it was disappointing needless to say because i actually thought this was going to be the one for me, not to mention I drove over a hour to get to Oyster Bay from Jersey. The dealership was firm with their price (not a penny less) and it was overall a poor experience. Very small place surprised they were unwilling to negotiate. More

Being that I got my last vehicle from Rallye Lexus and my family buys from Rallye BMW, I originally called them when deciding that I wanted a 528. To my surprise they never followed up with me. More often than not its the sales person that makes the difference. However, I didn't want to call again or be a bother. Anyway, I decided to go to Oyster Bay. Michael was extremely professional and delivered on everything I requested. He went above and beyond during the entire process and kept me informed through out the order process. I highly recommend him. The facility is kept pretty nice as well. More

I went there not expecting much being I was a woman shopping alone. Every other dealership I had gone into before this the staff had completely ignored me when I walked. Well, not the dealership! Felipe was so kind from the moment I walked in the door. He met me at the door and opened it for me and we began talking and he took the time to see what I wanted and we talked some more and then we went outside and looked at all different cars together and he told me about the differences with each car. Instead of buying a 328, he was able to get me into a beautiful certified pre-owned 528 instead (a dream of mine, by the way) The entire staff from the general manager Robert Federico and Neil, the Sales Manager, to the service adviser Rich to Marcella who did all of our financial paperwork and especially Felipe, they all couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Its a smaller more intimate dealership, more of a family feel. They all really cared about catering to all of my wishes and made sure they fulfilled every single one of them to the best of their abilities. Again, I cannot recommend this dealership enough. They were absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Oh, btw, I did go to Rallye BMW before going to Oyster Bay BMW and the guy still hasn't returned my call about buying a car after I called numerous times trying to see if he had a car I could look at. Sorry, Mr. Wagner, I guess you blew this one and I am so thankful you did! Thanks to all the staff of Oyster Bay BMW for making a dream of mine come true! More
