Car was a steam room I made an appointment to look at a specific, "Certified Pre Owned" BMW. When I arrived the next morning at the appointment time, the salesman was wait I made an appointment to look at a specific, "Certified Pre Owned" BMW. When I arrived the next morning at the appointment time, the salesman was waiting for me. We walked outside to take a look at the car. I was shocked to see it had condensation covering all the windows, windshield and rear window, from the INSIDE. The car was also covered in pollen. It is Spring time so maybe that was to be expected. The soaked car was rather strange. The salesman explained that it was probably from damp floor mats from being detailed. While on test ride, I heard water sloshing around and soon found the rear passenger floor with an inch of water. This 550xi was a frigging submarine! It is a shame, because I really wanted this beautiful looking car. We returned to the dealership, the salesman suggested they might have to "drill a hole" in the floor to drain the water. Yikes. Sales manager called the next day to apologize and said they thought it was a clogged sunroof drain. They would call me when fixed and ready to see. Never heard back. By the way, these cars are apparently NOT CPO. According to the salesman, they are PRE- Certified Pre Owned. Never heard of that one. AVOID. More

I went to BMW in Oyster Bay to look at a BMW. I dealt with David Edelman, a salesman. I was interested in the 3 series. He was very knowledgable about all the options, explained them clearly. David was very friendly and did not rush us looking- we were visiting the area and not ready to buy yet. He answered all our questions, and at no time did we feel pressured (we are still looking) or like w were visiting the area and not ready to buy yet. I came out of State to buy a car from this dealership. I found them online, and I dealt with David Edelman. He's very knowledgeable about BMW's, and it was a pleasure working with him. David was a change of pace from other car salesman. He was very transparent with all the details. After visiting 5 dealerships, I called B MW of Oyster Bay. David answered the phone and assured me he had the car I was asking about. David was patient while negotiating and a very good teacher about the cars systems. Richard gave the o.k. for the sale and Dennis was very easy to deal with when signing all the paper work. A year ago I visited BMW of Oyster Bay to purchase a new BMW. It was without question a horrible experience and I left and purchased a different brand out of sheer fustration after Sandy. About a month ago I decided that I wanted to buy a BMW and a few colleagues said go to BMW in Oyster Bay. I told them what happened a year ago and one of my partners told me they had a management change and a dear friend of his was the new General Sales Manager, his name was Richard Cirami. So on a Friday I called and and set an appointment with Mr. Cirami for Saturday morning. At 9.30 I arrived and was greeted by a very professional young lady at the front desk. I told her I had an appointment she said Mr. Cirami was waiting for me and she escorted me to his desk. Very astute and GQ in fashion, Mr. Cirami invited me to sit down and for the next hour he took his time and really unleashed a series of questions that made me realize I did not want or need a 7 series BMW but a 5 series was a better choice and investment. So that's what I did and not to labor on with this story I will say this, Mr. Cirami and his staff delivered a brand new BMW within a time frame of 2 hours and I was amazed and delighted with this service. His attention to every detail was amazing. There was nothing left to chance and when that car rolled up from the prep department it was flawless. So to Mr. Cirami and his staff I say thank you. I am a customer for life now and I would say this, if you are considering a new BMW there is really one dealer that offers a boutique experience and you know you will be taken care because Mr. Cirami does not sell cars, he offers the best investment quality BMWs at the right price all of the time . I bought a used 2010 BMW 650i from this dealership. I dealt with Richard Cirami and Jonathan Brignoni. I gave them a personal check to pay for the car. They called me to pick up the car next day. I went to the dealership from NJ driving 1 hour to the dealership only to discover that they deposit the check after hours and it will take them 1 more day to process the check. They asked me if i could pay for the car using credit card and they will refund me the check money. I did pay for the car using my credit card and took the car on the same day. Later they denied to refund me the check money or credit card money. They DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR THE CAR. They are just avoiding my calls and giving me a runaround till this day (2 weeks after the purchase). This is pure stealing. I am going to sue them. Please avoid this dealership for any type of transaction. More
