We have had an X3 SUV, 328sport and 535sedan all from Rallye BMW. We've never looked back. From the moment we met her we knew we were dealing with a BMW professional, and not just a salesperson. The only reason we are still there is because of her knowledge and expertise of these incredible automobiles. i have a 328i from Paula. I called and came in for service a few times in the past year and as it goes some personnel turnovers occurred. It's wonderful to know that Paula remains on board as she is a true gem in that dealership. I test drove the X1, which is now in my future plans. I must mention the quality care in the service dept. Calling the service dept. and hearing Michelle's kind and friendly voice allows the customer to feel that you will be well taken care of. Also, Hakeem in the service dept. is such a personable, knowledgable young man. He is always reassuring. My husband has dealt with Noel the service manager who is true to his word and helpful during stressful, emergency repairs. He works extremely well with customers as we were witness to this and does so with such professionalism. . Kudos to this dealership for keeping these employees! It's comforting to know you get top notch service at Oyster Bay BMW! BTW, the coffee and cookies are real good , too! More

Disappointing! Made an appointment to come in and test drive a vehicle with intentions to purchase. Due to my work schedule i took a day off and drove in from the Br Made an appointment to come in and test drive a vehicle with intentions to purchase. Due to my work schedule i took a day off and drove in from the Bronx. Only to realize that after an hour plus of wasting my time that the vehicle was sold 2 days prior. No one bothered to call and inform me, i called the evening before and they said everything was all setup. It's been almost a month now and they still have the vehicle listed in their inventory. I've purchased many vehicles from dealerships in my time and this was a big waste of time. More

With respect to finalizing the deal and making arrangements for delivery the entire process was seamless and went off very smoothly. I was initially not going to shop around as I was a loyal customer at another Dealer.
