And the remaining 20-30% experience is through the dealership. Over the years my friends, family and I had purchased quite a few BMW's through Ms. Calderon. We follow our sales rep through different BMW dealerships. All we all can say is our purchase experience is extremely awesome. she is extremely knowledgable with her products. Prices are very competitive. Unlike other sales reps we had in the past. All they want is to make the numbers and not having too much knowledge on the products. That always bothers me! Since I know more than the sales rep. So what are they trying to sell me? Tell me something I don't know already. To us all a like. We want full service, competitive pricing, good buying experience and most important follow ups after you buy the cars. If there are any problems Ms. Calderon tries her best to make things work. We were interested in purchasing a new vehicle. He was both friendly and informative. We never once felt pressured to make a purchase. We also met the manager Mike Elder. They were both so personable and easy going, which not only made our buying experience run very smoothly, but we felt like we could grab a beer and hang out with the two of them!! They came through with everything that was promised. We were very fortunate to have met these two individuals. Michael Bianco even stayed late the two nights we were there. The first time he was kind enough to stay late so that we could take a test drive of the vehicle. The second time he stayed to show us everything on the car.
