We went to this BMW dealer on a Saturday morning and Evelyn Chin patiently answered all our questions during our visit. The same day, she was able to locate a car for us and the lease was signed. Great sales service and her friendliness had earned our business. Served by many sales, I tell you Evelyn is good and trust worthy. Mike, the financial guy, he is very patient as well; went over all the detail, to make sure that we remember the CPO Warranty expiration date, he wrote down the date on a sticky note. It was our best auto lease experience. More

My husband and I decided to try this deaLership as we know the area, our son had gone to high school here many years ago. We were dismayed at our former dealership Rallye. Despite my mom's attempts to get us to switch over to Mercedes for countless years, we decided to stick it out with our beloved BMW's. I had recalled always passing this deaLership when my son was in high school. We were so glad we stopped in. Paula is an exceptional lady. She represents what an exquisite sales team leader should be. She is knowledgeable of all of the cars and can answer all the technical specs questions that my husband asks. Having owned an X3. 535 , X1 as well as severaL 328's , I can say I know which one I like best. My husband also has his preference . Paula knows this because she takes the time to get to know her customers. Paula makes the experience of buying a car, and leasing a car as easy as possible. I can say within the last 6 months, I am now zipping around in my favorite 328, and my husband is happy as a clam in his X3. This is all due to Paula! And yes, kudos to John Edwards, finance manager, who my husband refers to as "that helluva nice guy!' to deal with. John has meticulously walked us through many transactions , informing us of promotions and our previous packages to ensure that our vehicles get coverage for what we need and are accustomed to. Mike Elder, the manager is lucky to have these quality people on staff. I cannot say enough about the service department , too. Bringing your car in for service is met with the polite Michelle who is always accommodating. Justin answers all the customers' needs with his friendly attitude. Plus the added bonus is getting the fun loaner cars that aLlows you to drive something different from your own car. We love, ?? love ?? Oyster Bay BMW! More

Right from working on identifying my car, delivery and my post delivery requirements, she has been extremely prompt in addressing all my requirements. I and my family are definitely getting the next one's from her!! Besides a BMW, if you want to get a curriculum designed for PHD in Customer service, I'd recommend you hire her. Your program will beat Harvard's hands down. Go see her to actually experience luxurious customer service!! More

Off The Beaten Path But Clearly Worth the Drive.. I have been a customer of other BMW dealerships and clearly BMW of Oyster Bay has risen to the top. I was treated exceptionally well from the moment I have been a customer of other BMW dealerships and clearly BMW of Oyster Bay has risen to the top. I was treated exceptionally well from the moment I walked into the dealership. The client advisor/sales representative, Evelyn Chin, was extremely professional from start to finish. Evelyn was honest, transparent and worked within my timeline in getting me the best possible prices for both the car I was purchasing (2016 428xi hardtop convertible) and the car I was trading in (2011 328i hardtop convertible). In fact, Evelyn was able to get me everything I asked for at a lower cost vs. other BMW dealerships on Long Island and a higher trade-in value for my car. I highly recommend that you visit BMW of Oyster Bay and ask for Evelyn Chin after you have done your own due diligence with other BMW dealerships and you should be pleasantly surprised in the end. 5 Stars or Evelyn and all of her associates at BMW of Oyster Bay. Disaster until rectified by Paula Calderone and Mike Elder I was referred by a friend to go to BMW of Oyster Bay, it was out of my way considering I live in the Bronx but I said hey why not. I already knew wha I was referred by a friend to go to BMW of Oyster Bay, it was out of my way considering I live in the Bronx but I said hey why not. I already knew what car I wanted and how I wanted it now it was time to just purchase it. My experience went all downhill when I had a sales representative by the name of Johnathan Tabone help me. He seemed pushy at first but I figured to brush it off because I knew exactly what I wanted. Big mistake on my part. This guy is the true definition of complete arrogant sales representative. I went in on Oct.26th and he told me that my car would be in on no later than November 10th. When we placed the order on October 26th because it needed to be shipped from the Port. I asked JT for the vin number so that I could track it myself, sounds good right? No. he gave me the wrong tracking number to a car that wasn't even mine. Now I'm getting upset, every time I would call the office he's always not available and doesn't return any voicemails . Upset because now my car was supposed to be in on Nov 10th and I have no idea where it's at. Finally I get in touch with JT and here's the kicker he states that his grandmother is in the hospital and that he is there with her because she is terribly ill. That's all fine if it were TRUE! He lied because I had my wife and ask for him and low and behold he was in the office. That's miraculous how he could be in two places at the same exact time! I mean a true Houdini! So now I just show up and speak with him in person. JT states that he just hung up with the Manager of the Port and tells me "your car is on the truck and will arrive today or tomorrow, so I say ok, and again the liar strikes again, a truck had arrived but my car wasn't on it! My car was still at the port because it was missing a part that needed to be shipped from Germany. Now I am at the point where I drive back to Oyster Bay and wanted a full refund of my deposit. It's not like I left a $500 dollar deposit I left a $40,000 down payment. Being angry because JT is now a pathological liar and is jerking me around at this point and he isn't even at the office for me to get my deposit back! Front desk doesn't even know if he will be coming in. What kind of business doesn't know if their employees are coming in? What kind of business are they running over there? So angry and annoyed the manager Mike Elder and a sweet woman Paula begin to assure me everything will all work out. I have never met a woman so knowledgable and assuring, she made me give BMW of Oyster Bay another chance. I did not want to ever do business or speak with such an evil, disrespectful liar of a sales representative JT. Paula was heaven sent. She was responsible respectable and honest. She never told me anything that wasn't true. Paula was the only reason I didn't get my deposit back and go elsewhere. She never gave me false dates or told me what I wanted to hear. The icing on the cake was I even told JT that Paula had sold a 750i BMW to my friend but she was gone for the day and he assured me he would tell her, I'm sure you can guess how that went, he never told her and wanted to keep the sale for himself. This guy JT is some character. I would never recommend him to anyone. For someone to lie on their grandmother is just sick. But ultimately after all the headache and stress Paula came to the rescue. If you go to Oyster Bay and you see that Paula is busy trust me, wait for her, it will definitely be worth the wait. I finally received my car about a month later with missing items that were promised to be on the vehicle. More
