BMW of Oyster Bay was the only dealer on Long Island that had what I was looking for. I clicked on the link to be contacted and within minutes someone from the dealership called me. I asked about leasing and Evelyn Chin called me a few minutes later with a lease quote that I was very satisfied with. She had a demo in the lot for me to test drive that afternoon. When I arrived at the showroom I was expecting a bait and switch. Not only did that not happen, I was pleasantly surprised by Evelyn's professional and courteous service. I signed the papers and picked up the X3 a few days later. The pickup experience went very smoothly with no delays as is usually the case at other dealers.
