Very Disappointed that this place is a franchise BMW dealer I called on Friday at 10:00 to this dealership inquiring about a car that they had advertised on their website. Spoke to Diana Corbo she said she wou I called on Friday at 10:00 to this dealership inquiring about a car that they had advertised on their website. Spoke to Diana Corbo she said she would call me right back after checking on the car to see the status and if it was still available. She did not return the call until i called back at 3:00 pm. She said that the car was available and she could have it ready for delivery on Saturday. We spoke at least 3 times negotiating the price of the car. Finally, i confirmed we would be there on Saturday, and gave her a time. From the first call I was clear that i lived 2.5 hours away and did not wanted to waste my time. On Saturday, before leaving the house i called one more time and left a message that i would be there in 2.5 hours, please have the car ready. No answer. When we arrived at the dealership, no one knew who I was and had no clue that i would be looking at that particular car. Now im sitting with Mark Wang, my assigned salesman, and someone calls my cell to confirm my appointment for 12:00 It took 25 minutes to get to see the car since it was 3 cars deep in the crammed parking lot that they have I went for a test drive with M. Farooqui, the only highlight of the visit, very helpful "BMW Genius" and return ready to purchase the car. After i returned, my salesman assigned, Mark Wang said that the car was not for sale anymore, since it needed some work done. I said that i was still interested on the car, but they simply said that they would not sell it. And then he proceeded to pitch me on a new car twice as expensive. I have never been more pissed at a car dealership, I wasted a whole day diving, gas, tolls, etc because i was told that the car would be ready and available, to receive some BS and a upsell attempt? Run, run away from this place. On the biggest irony, i found out that Diana Corbo is the Director of Business Development Ha!ha!ha!ha! great choice. I called the General Manager Michael Elder to complain about this, but he did not return my calls. It figures this attitude comes from the top... More

Much better, smaller dealership, fair prices, someone is always available. Leased my new car from Evelyn and she did the right thing in all aspects, they really go the extra mile to take care of you. My 4th BMW I have had gone to many other dealerships in the area, but Paula Calderon was the nicest person I ever dealt with. She actually followed up with me the next day to see if I was still interested in leasing a car. She was patient and tried extremely hard to get the car that I wanted. They dealership even brought back my car at the end of the lease and many dealerships won't, they want you to get it inspected and they just take it back at the end. I feel that is annoying and delays one taking home their new car. She even gave my son a BMW bear as a gift when leaving with my new wheels. I will never go back to another dealership again. A power outage occurred in my neighborhood and I remembered the dealership closed at 10:30pm. So my idea of killing time worked until Stephen Petrowski stated your car is ready. Wow! Fast and efficient service. Not surprisingly, John Edwards ( finance ) Paula (car dealer ) Noel ( service dept) are three of the nicest and most professional employees at the Oyster Bay dealership. Its definitely one of the reasons I love my car and the always "WE ARE HERE FOR YOU" customer service , one year later. I enjoy looking good in my BMW, but it only feels better when the car operates smoothly. 😊 More
