Mike and Maxwell, what an incredible duo! From the moment I entered the delearship of Oyster Bay BMW on Long Island, New York, I was met and given a 5 star service by my Client Advisor Maxwell From the moment I entered the delearship of Oyster Bay BMW on Long Island, New York, I was met and given a 5 star service by my Client Advisor Maxwell Kotik and soon after, met the General Manager, Mike Elder. Being a very picky customer and knowing exactly what I wanted after months of research, they teamed up in a professional matter to make sure, I will leave the delearship as a satisfied customer and Mike and Maxwell made the sales process as seamless as possible which was exactly what I was looking for. I was immensely impressed by Maxwell's knowledge about the vehicle but also by his sweet demeanor. My fully loaded 4 series, Grand Coupe was beautifully prepared as I picked it up last Saturday, September 16, 2017 and Ray, a BMW Genius walked me through every feature in the car. I've been driving BMW's for 17 years and there are 3 delearships closer to my home but I only wanted to go to the one in Oyster Bay which is 40 miles further strictly because of their reputation. I highly recommend Maxwell Kotik as your future Client Advisor, not only for his incredible level of communication skills but also by his honest and no pressure method. I just want to say thank you to the wonderful staff of Oyster Bay BMW who supported me in the detailing, courtesy, and leasing of my new dream car. Thank you to the General Manager, Mike Elder who made it possible The smiles, and great teamwork was beyond extraordinary as I drove my new vehicle out of the lot. Excellent experience buying a new 2018 BMW 540xi I have been a customer for BMW Oyster Bay since 2014. I just got off my lease and was looking at the new 2018 BMW 540xi. As always I felt welcomed and I have been a customer for BMW Oyster Bay since 2014. I just got off my lease and was looking at the new 2018 BMW 540xi. As always I felt welcomed and was not hustled into a price and make a quick decision. Paula who was my sales person was excellent and worked with me to get into my brand new BMW 5 series. She was extremely patient and was diligent in all her follow ups. Once I had bought the car she also followed up a few times to ensure that I was happy and there were no issues or questions. I love the dealership and would highly recommend to everyone. More
Left oil cap off after service They forgot to put my oil cap back on after I took it for service. I realized a few weeks later and there was oil all over my engine bay. When I took it back to them they just hosed it down and made it seem like it was no big deal. Very disappointed. Definitely won't go back. I guess I expected them to take a little more responsibility and clean the engine bay with more care. More
Do not walk... Do not run... Keep driving away Steer clear! Not enough space to describe the poor experience. You try and find a positive out of a negative... I contacted them via web, and a salesman "K.P" called me and said the car was available, and another model I was interested in. "Please come in, I'll have both ready for you to drive..." When I get there, the original car I was interested was sold, they had a bare bones version of the same car, but couldn't even turn it on because it had no gas. They wouldn't permit a test drive, and when I asked to speak to a manager... "All of the managers are in meetings all day"- So, the entire dealership is being run by incompetent salesman, whom have zero knowledge of inventory, pricing, and are clearly judgmental from the moment you walk in. I called the manager twice, and left a message... I suppose his meetings will be running over the next 24-48 hours with no opportunity to call any potential buyer back. I have owned several BMW's over the last 5 years, ranging from Z... to multiple M's... I participate in all BMW track events, and invites. I also own other higher end cars; and in no way shape or form was I ever treated like this in any dealership. It's a shame this dealership operates this way. "Come in... car is waiting for you...." I took a day off work, drove 30+ minutes for a scheduled appointment that the salesman was not even there initially for, and the car(s) were not available and/or on sight. If the car was sold ahead of time; shame on the dealership for this tactic. If this the car had miraculously sold within the 30 minutes during my travels; it would have behooved the dealership to pick up the phone, and call me. I can only imagine the aggravation I would have had if the sale went through... My lost time should be worth something somewhere down the line, but I am thankful that this sale did not occur. I went to another dealership last night; they greeted me, offered me water, brought the car around, sat and spoke with me, took me for a test drive (which I drove), and then we made a deal... all within an hour. I pick up the car today. (I will rate that dealership shortly... I would not want to even mention them in this thread because anything this dealership touches or goes near is a potential black cloud) I will post more of the story, and pictures on the local BMW forums so others may contact me directly for more details. But... be forewarned. If you can't even park at the dealership because they have so many of their own cars in the lot... What does that tell you? They are NOT selling that much... (Correction: 1 had a sold sign on it... But, you wouldn't have known that because the communication was poor from the start). Be warned.... Go ANYWHERE ELSE I will also forward my concerns to BMW USA. More

Our sales representative was Paula and she was terrific. She has been selling BMWs for a while and is extremely knowledgeable with the product line. The general manager Michael was also very easy to speak with and did went over and above to make the experience smooth. The finance representative was fantastic and explained all the options to us so that we were able to make an informed decision. The entire experience was flawless.
