Michael Bianco Went in to the dealership, took advantage of the pull ahead program. Signed the paperwork agreement everything. Car was put in production. Returned my existing lease vehicle and picked up the new leased car. Two weeks later received a invoice that the two payments on the pull ahead have not been taken care of. Contact Mike Bianco several times, he all of a sudden seemed like he has amnesia and does not remember discussing the pull ahead, perhaps he forgot to do the necessary paper work. Tried contacting GM Ross Finkerstein and no response there either. Have left several mssgs for the dealer ship for them and they don't respond back. Worst experience ever. Worst Customer Service. Mike Bianco should be fired. He has no customer service skills, rude and obnoxious individual. More

Not interested in selling cars via the internet I found 11 new 2017 X5’s available on the website on 12/29/17. I called to get quotes over the phone from Stan. He wouldn’t give me a price. He said t I found 11 new 2017 X5’s available on the website on 12/29/17. I called to get quotes over the phone from Stan. He wouldn’t give me a price. He said the best deals are available when you come to their show room. No wonder they have 11 2017’s available this late in the year when most dealers in the tri-state area have only 1or 2. btw, he spent more time asking me what my current lease payment was on my Mercedes GL. I told him none of his business as it’s not relevant to our discussion. Does Stan realize how many other BMW dealers are out there? More
