Our sales consultant, Michael Bianco blends just the right amount of warmth and business acumen to make the acquisition of a new car the pleasant experience it’s supposed to be. His knowledge of both product and financial programs is the best I’ve seen. After waiting for our new car to arrive we arrived at the dealership, signed the paperwork and were taken to our new convertible by Joshi whose thorough knowledge of the car and friendly attitude completed the wonderful experience we had at Oyster Bay BMW! It was a cold, blustery day in March but we went home with the top down (thanks to Michael Bianco who suggested we order the car with the neck warmers)!
