Professional and Courteous! I dealt with Chris Vitucci on my last service and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. He never tried to upsell me on anything (like other dealers I dealt with Chris Vitucci on my last service and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. He never tried to upsell me on anything (like other dealerships would do) and in fact told me that I can wait on a couple of non essential items so as not to pay too much at once. I had a few things that needed to be done to my BMW and it was going to take a few days due to parts availability but Chris called me everyday to update me on the progress so I wasn't wondering when it'll be done. I had a loaner car so I wasn't worried but it's nice to know what's going on. After I got my car back, I discovered a minor issue a week later and Chris just told me to bring the car in, no appointment needed, and he took care of it in 15 minutes while I wait. I highly recommend this service center and the service center staff are all very nice too. More

Great service I had been looking to lease a new car for 2 weeks when a friend referred me to Michael Bianco and i am thankful he did. I previously had some terrible experiences at other Bmw dealerships while car shopping. When I met with Michael I told him exactly what I was looking for and by the time I was back from test driving the car he had the figures and broke it all down for me. There was no pressure, no games just straight to the point. When i picked up my car he gave me exactly what was i had asked for and more. I am extremley pleased. I will be returning back once my lease is up. So if you ever find yourself at Bmw of Oyster Bay ask for Michael Bianco if you’re not looking to waste your time. - Andreea O. More
Quick and Easy I saw a vehicle I liked online. I came in to check it out and was greeted by Mike. I told Mike what I was interested in and what it would take to get I saw a vehicle I liked online. I came in to check it out and was greeted by Mike. I told Mike what I was interested in and what it would take to get me out of my current lease with another car brand. He gave me an accurate price that didn't change when the lease signing came around and answered all of my questions in a responsive manner. I took a test drive, left a deposit and came back on the day that worked best for me and my car was all ready to go. He took care of all the annoying stuff for me so I didn't have to, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I've now leased from 4 dealerships and this experience was by far the least time consuming and hassle free. Also, shout out to the finance guy. Usually meeting with money man is awful, but Ron made it painless and maybe even fun :) More

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the general manager, Ross Finkelstein, who went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Ross set me up with Raymond Agrelo, an excellent salesman, who walked me through building out my own X3 M40. I built my car with Raymond in less than 10 mins and had the deal done within half a hour. To top it off Raymond made arrangements with Anthony Sofield, the service manager, for me to have my own loaner till my car gets built. I don't know of many business let alone dealerships that actually cares about customers like this. One of the best customer experiences I've ever had. More
Nightmare solved above and beyond. Let me say that I have had amazing experiences at BMW Oyster Bay from service to sales. Saturday night of a holiday weekend my car stopped working. Let me say that I have had amazing experiences at BMW Oyster Bay from service to sales. Saturday night of a holiday weekend my car stopped working. I was close to the dealership so I gave a call. Raymond Agrelo picked up and said they were closed for the night. So I got ready to call AAA. I’m giving it one last try car starts and stops right on the road. I see a gentleman wave at me and turns out it was Raymond and he pushed me and the car to the dealership. Who does this? And he drives me home to boot! A true lifesaver. True to his word he said he would try to set me up with a loaner car. Ross Finklestein the GM made that happen and what amazes me is that was all on a holiday weekend! I’m now waiting on the verdict on my car but I have had equally good experiences with the service dept. Anthony and his team are great. BMW OB is the best! They really care about their customers. Why would anyone go somewhere else? Greatful in Oyster Bay More
