Best Bmw experience!!! Ok where to start...we’ll this is my 5th Bmw I’ve grown partial to them over the years excellent vechile if you own or have had one you know what I’m Ok where to start...we’ll this is my 5th Bmw I’ve grown partial to them over the years excellent vechile if you own or have had one you know what I’m talking about had a friend recommend oyster bay I used to be get all my cars from bayside because that’s where I got my 1st one and I’m a creature of habit but decided to take me friends advice this time and let me tell you was blown away by the courtesy, professionalism, knowledge and just the experience as a whole Brian really made me feel like it was all about me told him what I was looking for what I wanted to spend etc and he went above and beyond to make me feel like the vechile was being made right then and there for me I totally recommend Brian and the whole oyster bay team over any other dealership all my business will rest with them from here on out! More

Which Way Is UP???? I bought a new X1 from Oyster Bay..I was told many times via mail and phone calls that there was a airbag recall--set up an appointment to have the "s I bought a new X1 from Oyster Bay..I was told many times via mail and phone calls that there was a airbag recall--set up an appointment to have the "specialist" replace the airbag--The nught before my appt. at Oysterbay I received a phone call from their service dept. saying the recall didn't apply. Today 8/3/2018 I got a call from someone saying I have an airbag recall. Rookies at best More
