Ray and I basically worked out the deal and ordered the M5 at the end of my current lease last November. The car was ordered at the beginning of the summer with a 6 month delivery time. At about August I called the dealership to check to see the status and boy was I shocked. The whole sales floor reps had changed and that's where Anthony came into the picture. That call was met not by him but someone else in the dealership with a mystery about the car that I ordered. But as soon as Anthony called me back all was good. He went above and beyond even reaching out to the original sales rep Ray who was also Amazing to make sure to honor the entire deal that was discussed. Anthiny made the process so easy I would definitely say that he went ABOVE BEYOND any other dealership would have done. More
