Koartist77-I apologize you feel this way. The dealership offered you a price based off of availability on the vehicle. Any consumer shopping for an M2 knows that these vehicles are limited production. Dealerships are typically charging MSRP and sometimes higher for this vehicle. Both Anthony and Corinne offered you MSRP and the opportunity to counter offer, which was not acceptable to you. Please let us know how we can rectify the situation because we were willing to entertain a counter offer.

I was not offered any price...Instead, your reps insisted I offer a price to them, which is not how it works and will not negotiate with myself. Clearly, your reps were trying to pull something in regard to price, otherwise, they would have made an offer, which they did not

We made an offer which was MSRP because that is the market on the vehicle. The next step in a negotiation is a counter offer from the customer. How can we rectify the situation?

It is hard to believe that a dealership could be in business by not providing prices to their customers. I think the issue is that you did not like the fact that the dealership was not willing to offer you a discounted price off of sticker on a low allocation (hard to get) vehicle. Did you not receive the email at 1:38pm on August 6th with the price (which is MSRP)? Please check your spam folder if you did not receive that. We are not sure how else to rectify the situation.

There was no such offer or price, selling at MSRP, which is the price I suspected since neither rep would give out a number.. It's very convenient you come up with this price after I submitted a review in re. I will await any legal action you seem to think you can take against me

Dealership threatened to take legal action and has done nothing, knowing they did not quote me any price. There is no such email with any price, nothing in spam. Like most dealers, they become defensive when they get exposed.
