Very poor communication. When I picked up the car after 3 days the paperwork indicated there were issues they claimed I was told about and declined which was not true. There were other issues I was told about and accepted them but the paperwork said I declined them and were therefore not done. Now I need to bring the vehicle back. Meanwhile I have bought 6 cars at this dealership. They are constantly trying to get me to buy a new one. Too bad they used ro be very good. More
If you want to deal with horrible customer service months after buying your car I would come here! I purchased a car here back in the beginning of June and have had and am still having several problems recei after buying your car I would come here! I purchased a car here back in the beginning of June and have had and am still having several problems receiving things for the car. First off, my plates took over a month to get sent to me. My sales person Jose registered my car to california because my car insurance was a CA plan, but he did not inform me about having to get the car inspected there if I had it registered in CA. I actually did not find this out until almost a month after buying the car when I had asked where my plates were. I then was told to switch my insurance to a NY plan to have the car registered to my address here. I sent my passport and social security card mid July to be able to register the car. My salesperson texted me almost a month later asking for a signature on them, which is why my registration still hadn’t come yet supposedly. I finally got my plates AFTER my temporary one had expired. I thought I would by then have the permanent registration however I got a temporary registration. I have still yet to receive the permanent registration and my temporary is about to expire (It is now almost 3 months since I purchased the car). I have not been able to park in my own town since I bought the car because getting a parking pass here requires a permanent registration. Every time I call the girl at the front desk and ask to speak to a manager she tells me there isn’t one available and asks to take a message. Every time my message was “passed along” to a manager, I never received a call back. This happened at least 3-4 times over several months. I started asking to speak to someone because my calls were never returned & would be put on hold for 5-10 minutes and the asked again if I could leave a message to get passed along. They finally transferred me to the manager Kyle after I refused to stop calling/ told them I would wait on hold until I spoke to a manager so clearly they just did not want to deal with the issue. Kyle told me he would call me the next day with an update on my permanent registration and I never received a call back. Very frustrating experience. Will not be returning here. :) More
I reached out to have my BMW brakes serviced since I purchased the maintenance warranty that included my brakes. Needless to say BMW of Oyster Bay said it had expired and that it was my issue because of purchased the maintenance warranty that included my brakes. Needless to say BMW of Oyster Bay said it had expired and that it was my issue because of the previous owners screw up. I’ve reached out several times and left messages to try to resolve this matter. The only phone call I received was an offer get into a new lease. Needless to say it’s been about 3 months of me waiting for an official phone call from Oyster Bay ! All I’m asking is to honor what I paid for! I’ve never had this issue in any vehicle that I’ve leased in the past at Honda or Mercedes. This experience left me with a bad taste especially when I was looking forward to leasing a new vehicle from them this coming summer More
I normally do not write reviews but I must say, this dealership is hands down the best one I have ever dealt with. Michael Bianco went out of his way to make my wife’s deal. You do not see service like this anymore. After dealing with Michael we dealt with the finance guy. Unfortunately I forgot his name but he also made the deal so easy for us. (Cory?) No pressure at all. Finally we dealt with JoeFalcaro another home run! This dealership just didn’t sell a car today they made a huge impression on me. I will be back for many years. Thank you guys so much for making this deal for my wife so simple. Also Michael thank you for taking the time on your day off. True gentleman at this dealership. 10/10! More
This is my 4th new BMW from BMW of Oyster Bay and the 3rd one I've gotten through Michael Bianco. I've dealt with many car dealerships and salespeople over the years and Mike is by far, the easiest to deal w one I've gotten through Michael Bianco. I've dealt with many car dealerships and salespeople over the years and Mike is by far, the easiest to deal with. He is extremely professional and competent and I cannot thank him enough. As long as Mike is selling cars, I will be using and referring him to everyone I know. The dealership is very clean and the staff extremely professional. Some service departments are a nightmare to deal with but not BMW of Oyster Bay. They stick to their timelines and treat their customers the way they should be treated. I couldn't be happier. More

If there were no stars that would be their rating. I had reservations dealing with this dealership after seeing some of the reviews. Boy were they right. Told one price and then all of a sudden the listed reservations dealing with this dealership after seeing some of the reviews. Boy were they right. Told one price and then all of a sudden the listed price online included rebates after being told I was eligible for another $2500 off for loyalty and financing. Then told cash price and financing price would be the same. I will be calling corporate on this one. Totally misleading and shady. Never again More
