SAAB SERVICE 117,000 MILES BROUGHT IN MY 2005 SAAB FOR REGULAR SERVICE AND BECAUSE IT WAS MAKING SOME STRANGE CLICKING NOISE. WAS GIVEN A LONER CAR TO USE WHILE MY CAR WAS BEING BROUGHT IN MY 2005 SAAB FOR REGULAR SERVICE AND BECAUSE IT WAS MAKING SOME STRANGE CLICKING NOISE. WAS GIVEN A LONER CAR TO USE WHILE MY CAR WAS BEING SERVICED. THE CAR WAS SERVICED, NOISE WAS GONE AND MY CAR RAN SMOOTH AS EVER. He let me know exactly what was going to be looked at but held the car until Monday since he wanted a Master Tech to look at it. Was given a loaner overnight. Absolutely quick and responsive process. Drove out minutes later. Replacement program on order for installation next week. Excellent and trusted experience overall. More

Except when I went for the "free" maintenance I has hit with a bill for $379, they said yes "free 2 year maintenance oil changes". What is that? I never heard of that, straining the meaning of the English language past the point of sleazy used car salesmanship. I do not care about having to pay for things, this is America after all, but I hate being lied to, and this qualifies. WhenI leased from Hillside Honda they told me there were free oil changes, like NS Honda should have done. Please take your business to Manhassett Honda my friends have MUCH better experiences there. Can not believe the answer i just got! I called the parts department to ask the size of the windshield wipers for my 2012 Honda Civic 4 door sedan which I lease through North Shore Honda. I called the parts department to ask the size of the windshield wipers for my 2012 Honda Civic 4 door sedan which I lease through North Shore Honda. I live 20+ miles from this dealership but I have been leasing through them because I have always found the salesmen to be professional and NOT PUSHY! I usually deal with Jack Walsh, just in case you want a good salesman! Over the past 6 years or so my family has leased 5 Honda cars from this dealership. Three are current and coming up for renewal. HOWEVER, when I called the parts department he wanted to know why I wanted to know the size and why I was measuring them. All I had to do was bring my car in and they would sell me the correct size. He stated that he does not know the size, only the part number! Are you kidding me? I should drive 20 miles each way to get windshield wipers??? I found his tone of voice to be crude and annoyed that I should be bothering him. I will seriously think about whether I want to renew my leases with this dealership, two are coming due within the next four months, the third in 11 months. I have always found Jack Walsh to be professional, but service is ok, parts help is non existent! More

When my lease was up on my Accord in March, I returned to North Shore Honda and it was like visiting old friends. The entire staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. BILL, JACK Walsh and EDDIE were my ma North Shore Honda and it was like visiting old friends. The entire staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. BILL, JACK Walsh and EDDIE were my main point of contact and they patiently worked with me while I weighed my options (Accord or CRV? lease? buy? color?!) I visited several times - and pestered them with numerous questions - before making my final decision to lease the CRV in Kona coffee. Each time I visited they provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend this dealership. Alas, 3 months after acquiring my new CRV, someone dented & scratched my door! GRRRR. I was very upset and I went to NS Honda to see what can be done. The Service Manager JaCK G. was super helpful, and both Bill & Jack assisted me as well. JaCK G. ensured that my dent was fixed and the paint was touched up and I was more than satisfied with the final outcome. The best part was that it cost me a fraction of what I thought it would!!! :) Seriously, this dealership is amazing in all departments - sales, service, finance and their customer service is A+++. More
