I am very pleased with the service I’ve got. It was required 3 hours of wait and I was offered a rental car, when I returned my car was ready as it was promised. It was required 3 hours of wait and I was offered a rental car, when I returned my car was ready as it was promised. More

WOW, we were treated like royalty by you super freindly and knowledgeable staff, they went the extra mile and got new emergency key cut very quickly and were very impressed! The waiting area, free WIFI and delicious coffee where an absolute bonus, a young technician came and spoke to us about using the fob. The whole experience was worth the trip from west Auckland and would like to thank everyone involved for looking after us so well, We would recommend HONDA north shore to any discerning car owner who wants professional and.reliable service to their vehicle HONDA or other reputable brand. This place is the epitome of a sleazy slimy car dealership only concerned about one thing, money. I leased a car from them on 10/5/20 and after about 1200 miles I get a CEL for a misfire in cylind dealership only concerned about one thing, money. I leased a car from them on 10/5/20 and after about 1200 miles I get a CEL for a misfire in cylinder 1. Long story short, I have brought the car to the service dept. at least 6 times only for them to tell me nothing is wrong with the car. They had the car for 2 days with no contact to me telling me what’s going on. I had to show up at the dealership to speak with someone only to be told that they are sending data to Honda for instruction (BS). When I leased the vehicle (for a higher price that was “guaranteed” to me) the saleswoman and manager made sure to mention the “free” service included in the deal several times. Finally, the truth came out as to why I had to bring my car there several times without anything being done to fix it only to have the same issue occur over and over again. When I demanded the service manager come to the phone and speak with me after being told he’s “in a meeting” he said that he’s not getting paid for his work and time put into it (no work was done) and that he should be charging me. These people really think their customers are stupid and can be walked all over. This is a BRAND NEW car that I work hard to pay for. Who’s going to pay me for my time? For my missed days working? For my wasted gas driving back and forth to their dealership several times? For more wasted gas because the gas mileage is 10mpg less than it should be due to the problem with the car? I’ve been lied to, given the run around. Told there is no fuel in my oil pan when anyone with a nose and two eyes can see that there is. Told that the car isn’t idling rough when anyone with a butt can sit in the car and get free deep tissue massage. Told that there are no error codes when a CEL light came on and the scanner I had to purchase for $100 because they wouldn’t diagnose the car as promised clearly indicates there is a P0301 code. I was instructed on how to clear the code from the service manager on the phone by disconnecting the batter and touching negative terminal to positive only to be played a fool for and told I shouldn’t have cleared the code when I brought the car in the last time. This is very concerning, I’ve been a Honda customer most of my life (4 Honda’s) and I’m very surprised that North American Honda allows unscrupulous dishonest dealerships such as North Shore Honda to even operate under their name. It is Friday the weekend before thanksgiving and my car is disabled for the entire weekend as I was instructed to wait for a call from Honda in 3-5 days. Great job North Shore Honda! I hope you all can rest your head well at night knowing you screw your loyal customers over. More

The last time, at the request of the service department, I planned on getting a loaner so they would have plenty of time to look at it. The intake person simply blew me off. Before I could even finish my sentence he told me "you have to use a real Apple cable". When I picked up the car, they just outright lied to me about "increasing the signal strength". I don't know who they thought they were dealing with, but I know B*LLSH*T when I hear it. Heaven help anyone who has a serious problem with their car. More
HORRIBLE SEVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL STAG If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. I have never written a review on any business, but the amount of disrespect that I have gotten from Nort If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. I have never written a review on any business, but the amount of disrespect that I have gotten from North Shore Honda Service Department is absurd. For the past 3 months I have been trying to replace a part of my car and get my engine checked. The first time I called up, the woman on the phone said she didn’t have time for over a month to have my engine checked (since I could realistically only come on Saturday’s) - which is fine. I finally got an appointment for today - after waiting for over a month - at 8:30 AM because the woman on the phone said that the car can be completed in a day since they will have all the necessary staff working. The manager of the service department called me yesterday morning (around 10am), the day before my appointment that I was waiting over a month for, explaining that there was no way that they could attend to all my needs (which was just replacing a side view mirror, doing diagnostic testing on my engine and running updates). He explained to me that he could give me a loaner car for the inconvenience - fine. After talking, I explained to him that I was traveling for business so the earliest I could bring the car back was on Saturday. He said that I needed to bring the car back earlier, but after talking, he agreed to let me have the loaner car until next Saturday. Fast forward to this morning... I bring my car and a man (whose name shall remain unwritten) knew exactly who I was as I entered the doors. I update him on the car and what I want EXACTLY done, since I know from prior experience, their service team is incompetent. He explains that since the manager did not write that he would give me a loaner car for a week, he refused to give me keys to a loaner car. Since I waited over a month for this appointment, I said I can come back anytime this week, canceling my business trip. He explained to me that the manager was conveniently not coming in today, nor was he able to speak on the phone. On top of that, North Shore Honda did not even have the staff capable of fixing my car THAT DAY!!! The appointment that I had for a month did not even have the service professionals to perform software recalls on my car, replace the side view mirror and do diagnostic testing on the engine. So after waiting for over 1 month of getting an appointment, I left North Shore Honda in my car, without service. All-in-all, the amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism at North Shore Honda is cringeworthy. I had a great experience purchasing my car, but everything after that has been a nightmare. This is the first and last Honda that I will ever purchase. Steer clear from this business and you’re life will be that much more stress-free. More
