Dealing with John Schroeder and Barry while searching for our 2013 Honda CR-V was enjoyable and stress-free, for a change. Later that day, I visited the dealership, and was warmly welcomed. John was busy with another customer, but Barry stepped right in to have the car model we were considering brought down and provided a key for us to look over the car while we waited for John. When John was free, he reviewed all the features of the car and led me on a very adequate test drive. Being satisfied with the car, we settled on a color and worked on paperwork for no more than a half hour. John and the staff at North Shore Honda prepared all of the paperwork so when I picked the car up four days later, I was in and out within an hour and a half. At least 30-45 minutes was spent going over the car's features and trying to sync my phone to the Bluetooth in the car. Again, on the day of pick-up, John was on a test drive with another customer, so Michael was prepared to get me into the car and begin going over each feature until John arrived and finished to demonstration. I was very impressed with how the team of salesmen work together so that customers don't have to stand around waiting. Everyone at this dealership seems to make it a point to get customers into the car they are interested in and take care of paperwork efficiently and effectively so customers don't spend hours of time waiting to sign papers and get on their way. I look forward to having my new Honda serviced at North Shore Honda and hope the Service Dept. is as friendly, efficient, and professional as the sales staff and will take excellent care of my car! I was never a Honda owner before, but this experience has been nothing but positive! Thanks for a great experience and a beautiful car! More

When our '04 CRV blew its A/C condenser last year, requiring the complete replacement of the A/C system, Carlo was able to convince the corporate office that they should honor a just expired recall notice as I was a preferred customer. Those efforts saved me over $2000 in repair costs. They may not be the cheapest dealership around, but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for" and the slight difference in price is more than made up for by their continued efforts well after the contract is signed. I made the mistake of buying a car elsewhere once and vowed never to make that mistake again. More
