Our older daughter bought her first brand new car over a year ago from North Shore Honda and had such a wonderful experience with the staff there that our youngest daughter chose to follow the same route. She too had the same experience. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make the experience a pleasure for the whole family. Thank you to both Andrew, Eddie and Matt for your time and efforts, we truly do appreciate it. Andrew walked in the pouring rain and lightning on the day we arrived to view cars and helped to finalize everything on the day of pick-up. Eddie is such a friendly guy and went over all the possibilities for our daughter in regards to finances and Matt made sure the car was in perfect condition for pick-up. We will be back. More

North Shore Honda should be renamed TCB Honda TCB for Takin' Care of Business! Phill Harvey and Jimel Abbad are amazing professionals. I think if you cut open their chests, their hearts would be shaped like a Honda "H" and be powered by VTEC. Not only do they know their product better than anyone I've ever dealt with (this is my 7th Honda/Acura since 2001), they went above and beyond to get the deal done. Every facet of the deal was effortless. This is the way to buy an automobile. If you want the red carpet treatment, go see Jimel and Phill. They're legends in my mind....a case study in the way automobiles should be sold and for customer service. I cannot recommend NS Honda and this crew enough. Thank you guys!!!!! More
