Matt Adler, Pre-Owned Manager, not only has a great team but makes himself available to any prospective client or existing client who walks through the door, if needed. He's personal, friendly and innovative in his approach to addressing any issues or concerns you might have by focusing on solutions. Do not go here!!!! I previously purchased a car from them (7 years ago) and thought them fair. A few weeks ago we went back to purchase a used car. They were horrible! We went to look at two cars they had listed on the web. The cars were there as described. As we sat down to get the bottomline number another customer came over clearly upset. He was saying how he had been there for hours and they wasted his time and lied about the price. They asked him to leave. My husband and I were shocked but not deterred. We asked them for their best price on the car we were interested and they told us 20% more than the asking price! WE WERE SHOCKED!!!!! They then told us the price on the WEB is the amount they expect you to finance or 80%. Not the full price!!! I WOULD NEVER buy from them they are horrible. We then went to HUNTINGTON HONDA and they were amazing, honest and fair! More
