Smooth. Professional and properly priced I am not a car aficionado and find leasing every 3 years a torturous experience. I knew Honda was a good car. Different dealerships took different approaches. Some were aggressive and acted like the classic used car salesman. We spoke to Andrew Perry at Northshore Honda on the phone. I explained that price was important he said he would work on it He called us an hour later with his bottom line price. It was better than the others so we agreed to meet and talk. We found him to be low key and professional. He answered all of our questions and explained all the features. He also took care of changing the insurance and all paperwork. He made the sale very smooth and walked us through the Pilot in detail. The only thing I did not like was the extended warranty purchase. Eddie could have given us a 10 year 120,000 mile extended warranty for the price we paid. ( learned after we got the car). I don’t know if they can make this right. Anyway still a great place to buy your Honda. Thanks to Andrew for a very courteous and professional buying process. Four stars only because I still have to see how there service place performs. More
