I called in the day before to check inventory, discuss pricing, and book a next day viewing. I was told we could make things work and maybe negotiate. Their tune completely changed when I arrived. I showed up and tried to find someone to get to my appointment. I was passed off to someone else and they wrote a number down on a piece of paper and told me to take it or leave it. Also the inventory information I was given was completely inaccurate. Either I was lied to the day before or they sold over half their inventory in a days time. Either way, the same cars are still listed as available on their website. I have no problems with a dealership being firm on pricing, etc. However I don't appreciate the deceptive practices this dealer used to get me in the door and waste my time. I came in ready to leave with a car and left without even looking at one. More

I was told my deposit check would be given back and I have it in a message from Harold Wagner saying same and neither Harold or Val have returned 7 calls since last Monday. STAY FAR AWAY- and DO NOT USE HAROLD in sales or VAL in finance. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL Once I was not responded to 5 times I purchased a car elsewhere in 4 hours! More

I have been a customer of this Honda dealership for the last six years. As a very busy Surgeon I seldom have the time to write a review though this is warranted to say the least. I have purchased 5 Honda’s last six years. As a very busy Surgeon I seldom have the time to write a review though this is warranted to say the least. I have purchased 5 Honda’s for my staff and dealt with Richard Cirami who is one of the nicest and professional men I have ever done business with. He is the Finance Director for the store and has a friendship with each Bank that is incredible. You see each of my gals had credit issues. As Richard said here is the plan. Will start with Certified Honda’s and I will help each one of your gals straighten out their credit and in a year from now they will be able to refinance or buy a new car for less than they are paying now. So here we are some 12 months later on three cars and 18 months later on the other two cars. I called him on Monday and said what can we do. On Tuesday he refinanced three cars saved an average of $63.00 dollars per month and on the other two cars they traded them in and leased two new cars. What can I say he is the Carman of New York for a reason and my lease is due soon and he is setting up a Pilot for me for the first week of June. Excellent service is something that is lacking in most businesses today, this man his team are beyond that word.
