Today we had an appointment to get a spare fob (keyless entry) for our Jazz RS recently purchased! WOW, we were treated like royalty by you super freindly and knowledgeable staff, they went the extra mile entry) for our Jazz RS recently purchased! WOW, we were treated like royalty by you super freindly and knowledgeable staff, they went the extra mile and got new emergency key cut very quickly and were very impressed! The waiting area, free WIFI and delicious coffee where an absolute bonus, a young technician came and spoke to us about using the fob. The whole experience was worth the trip from west Auckland and would like to thank everyone involved for looking after us so well, We would recommend HONDA north shore to any discerning car owner who wants professional and.reliable service to their vehicle HONDA or other reputable brand. Like many others trying to find a vehicle to lease in 2022 it has been difficult to to say the least. Then I called Daryl at North Shore Honda, and he was able to arrange delivery of a new CR-V at a rea 2022 it has been difficult to to say the least. Then I called Daryl at North Shore Honda, and he was able to arrange delivery of a new CR-V at a reasonable (in 2022 terms) lease rate. Daryl is very professional, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle he is selling, and made the entire process from start to finish an absolute pleasure and so easy for us. Daryl is one of the nicest and most personable salespeople you will meet, and I highly recommend that you call him if you are looking for Honda to lease or purchase. Also, Val in the finance department explained the lease to us in easy to understand terms and made the paperwork process a pleasure as well. We really enjoyed this leasing experience and recommend North Shore Honda! More

I spoke with Mr. Corey internet Director several times over a four week period regarding a 2020 Honda Civic Coupe. I met Corey who introduced me to a Outstanding Sales Rep. Noel Ledesma. Noel showed me the vehicle and we took it for a ride. All good. The vehicle was 21999.00 on CARS.COM. I also had a trade in of a 2009 Civic. Here is when the problems begin. I am writing this review because I want people to know what is going on here. First, 21999.00 does not mean 21,999.00. If you dont finance add 1995.00. Also 795.00 DOC FEE. Before we even started the car went from 21999.00 to almost 25,000.00. Noel had my car appraised of course my car they want to give less then book value but there car they want LIST AND ABOVE. I liked the vehicle and the following is my deal. I will give you your price of 21,999.00 that you have listed and if you can 500.00 more for my car. In addition, i would pay the difference today and go home with the 2020 Civic. Unfortunately this did not happen. These kind of dealerships are the ones still playing games with people. They put a price to get you in and bait and switch prices. Its a shame. I would like to thank Corey and Noel for there help. But I had to drive 35-40 minutes there and back. I dont like this kind of treatment. The General Sales manager didn't even come over to thank me for coming in. I can only say be careful here and get some real prices before going. More

He helped me in deciding between the CRV EXL and CRV Touring. Seeing as though Andrew owns a CRV Touring himself, he was able to give me first-hand experience of the vehicle and the benefits of ownership. Richard Cirami, was very helpful as well, working with me to get the right loan for my needs. I took 3 trains and walked 15 minutes to get to the dealership from NYC and I drove out of there with a beautiful CPO 2018 Honda CRV Touring, for a great price same day! I bought a used Honda Clarity (great car! ) on October 4,2021 and also purchased a vehicle service agreement for $2850 from North Shore Honda, underwritten by the Zurich Insurance Company and ) on October 4,2021 and also purchased a vehicle service agreement for $2850 from North Shore Honda, underwritten by the Zurich Insurance Company and I cancelled it with Zurich on November 18, 2021, within Zurich’s 60-day full refund cancellation date. Richard Cerami told me that Zurich was the “official” insurer for Honda. This is of course BS. I have since gotten a Honda Care service contract for about alf the cost of the Zurich with better coverage. Under the Zurich contract, I should have gotten a full refund ($2850), but instead North Shore Honda submitted a check for a refund to Santander Consumer (the holder of my auto loan) in the amount of $565 which was cashed by Santander on 12/13/2021. Santander was supposed to be able to apply the full $2850 to my auto loan. As of today, 3/13/2022, the missing $2285 has still not been received by Santander. Based upon the Santander interest rate for the loan, the outstanding refund since 12/13/2021 is accruing interest of $0.9065 per day, North Shore Honda claims that the missing $2285 is a “cancellation fee”. There is no mention of a cancellation fee in the Zurich Contract or purchase agreement from North Shore. This is fraud on the part of North Shore Honda. STAY FAR AWAY. VERY SLIMEY. Filings are being made with the Nassau County and NY State Consumer Affairs Office, and I’m looking into Small Claims Court or a private law suit. Also, Richard Cerami told me that they replaced the A/C Condenser and absorbed the cost. The A/C condenser failed within two weeks after I brought the car home. It was then replaced under a Honda recall. Just more BS from North Shore. More
Avoid this place - shady and slimy dealership practices. They took advantage of my elderly father - he went in, wanting to lease a Honda CR-V EX (MSRP is $31,380). Him and the salesman agreed on $35,380 (+$4K dealer markup because of the shortage, I get it). Additionally, he traded in his previous car, a VW Tiguan, for $10,000 (currently for sale on the dealership's website, for $15,995). HOWEVER.. When it came to meeting with the finance manager, Val, she took it upon herself to jack up the price to $38,625.34.. and then added another mysterious $996.93 charge, bringing the gross capitalized cost of the car to $39,622.27. Let's break down this "deal": * $12,170 down * $289.92 for 39 months = $11,306.88 * $21,966 balloon payment Add all that up and... $45,422.88... for a CR-V EX (with no add-ons, nor extended warranties) that had an MSRP of $31,380? Where did this extra $14,042.88 come from? Well, let's look at this a little further.. The dealer markup was $4,000, so that leaves us with $10,042.88. My dad's trade-in was valued at $10,000. They essentially stole his trade-in by rolling it back into the cost of the car. Now, yes, I get it, it's the responsibility of the buyer to read the paperwork before signing, but as I mentioned before, my father is elderly, had a lot of numbers thrown at him throughout the day, and had spent nearly 7 hours in the dealership trying to get this car. However, the fault does not solely rest on his shoulders - this incredibly slimy and dishonest dealership should face consequences for taking advantage of people like this. Please, dear readers, look at this situation and understand the tactics this dealership uses. Do not do business with them. More
