Customer service was short handed that day and person working had hard time handling work efficiently and wasn't handling the stress too well, he seemed flustered a lot. Then said weekend was when they just did services, no diagnostic work done. Yet the website allowed me to make an appointment for a diagnostic check. I notch this up as just service agent having a rough time as the main person who takes in customers appointments was out that day, and it was a hot summer day too. I did appreciate videos the mechanic took and shared with me to show me I was low on brake fluid. That video touch was a nice customer experience. More
