North Point Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT

I had a very poor experience at this dealership. I had identified and committed to purchasing a Jeep Willys from this dealership. The salesman and I had been emailing back and forth over the last few week identified and committed to purchasing a Jeep Willys from this dealership. The salesman and I had been emailing back and forth over the last few weeks for the details. We agreed that I would come by the afternoon of 6/18 to pay and fill out the necessary paperwork. When I pulled into the lot at the dealership I look at my phone and the salesman had just emailed me to say that the jeep had been sold. When I went inside all they could provide me with was 'sorry, not my fault, nothing we can do'. I am appalled. We had an agreement which is backed up by a very detailed email trail. When I asked my sales rep (Dashaun McIntyre) to see a manager he referred me to Terry Groff who had the audacity to tell me that he had no signed documentation and that therefore I had no reason to complain. I am utterly appalled by the fact that this could happen in the first place and by the shear lack of customer appreciation or effort to make it right. I am a business owner myself and would be appalled if one of my employees would come up with an excuse like Mr. Groff did as opposed to taking responsibility. I was about to spend $42k on a new vehicle and have spent hours identifying the vehicle, driving to the dealership and communicating with the sales rep. I even went out of my way to make myself available on this specific Friday because the sales rep was not available at another time. I have purchased 3 other vehicles in the past 2 years and this is by far the worst experience I have had trying to purchase a car - disappointed and somewhat irate customer. More
