But, there was none of that negative experience when I bought my 2018 FIAT 124 Spider Abarth at Northpoint Chrysler Jeep. It was a surprisingly easy and pleasing experience. Johnny Simmons was our sales person. He was polite and accommodating. He kept my wife and sister in law company while we took turns test driving the car. This was no easy task. My wife was not in a good mood and she hates buying cars. But she was also impressed with Johnny. I emailed Johnny after our visit and asked for price quotes on a couple Spider models. He replied that it was his day off but had Justin Michael follow up with me. After exchanging a few emails with Justin I got a quote and agreed to buy the Abarth. No pressure. No insisting on having my phone number. No Insisting I come in to the dealership. Called Johnny. Filled out the online pre-qualifier. Came in to the dealership. When I arrived at Northpoint, I was greeted by Chad, a very polite salesman, who then introduced me to Eddie Daye and then Smith joined in to guide and direct me on which trucks I needed to test drive. My truck was appraised as I went out with Chad then Eddie on 3 different test drives to narrow my choice down to ultimately another 2500 Ram Diesel pickup truck. Both Eddie and Smith spent a considerable amount of time with me in the details of the truck that I was looking for and then putting it all down on the official order form. I was given an approximate arrival date and was notified immediately when my truck arrived. Eddie and Smith had already coordinated appointments with Line X and Triangle Camper so that my truck would be equipped and ready for delivery a mere two days after it came into the rail yard. Eddie called me and specifically informed me of all the logistical information I needed to make the deal complete as well as spent close to an additional hour on delivery to go over the operation of all the technical interior features and mechanical service information.
