Very poor service 1) scheduled appointment to finalize but had to wait an hour for someone to take our money 2) low tire pressure warning, asked to have it cleared but 1) scheduled appointment to finalize but had to wait an hour for someone to take our money 2) low tire pressure warning, asked to have it cleared but told we needed to drive 200 miles for it to reset. Left the dealer and went to lunch, read owners manual and reset myself. 3) tittle was promised to be delivered by Thursday, now Saturday and no sign of tittle. 4) got home and found the second key fob non functional. Called to ask if it was possible that we received a key from the wrong car, which case they had another car with a non functional key , never even got a call . Unfortunately, where I live (WV), most dealerships only have a select few to choose from. I knew I wanted red, a manual transmission, and I wanted the Abarth model. I didn’t think it was too much to ask for, but it seemed impossible to find anywhere near me. So when I was on the Fiat dealer locater, I happened to come across North Point and they had the car I wanted! The 2 1/2 hr drive was worth it after saving $5500 off the price of the car! And it was all haggle free! Alex was great to work with, and the guys at North Point did all they could to save me as much money as possible.
