These are exactly the kind of people that perpetuate the distrust of car dealerships. Dishonest and unprofessional service department. John Blackburn refused to give refund for replacing parts that were not broken, and work performed that actually gave my vehicle a new check engine light code... The engine light came back on TWICE before I even left the parking lot. When explaining situation to his supervisor DEWEY MAYNARD, I was told that the mechanics are not responsible for new vehicle problems that occurred as a result from their original repair. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. More

You have a top-notch team, everyone was friendly and professional. After purchasing more than forty vehicles, I have worked with many brands and dealerships over the years. I was very impressed with your operation. My first contact with the dealership was through the internet. I was contacted immediately by Kendra Brown. She made contact with me several times regarding your inventory of 2020 Scat Packs in stock. I then made contact with Eddie Daye with the dealership. He is an excellent employee, he made me comfortable and worked hard to find the specific equipment and color Scat Pack I was looking for. He represents your dealership and you well. Your staff, even with the "Corona Virus" scare made handling the paperwork very comfortable and safe. I have filled out two surveys about your dealership. Absolutley the Worst Service Department Almost impossible to get to answer a phone call. Fail to return phone calls. Fail to follow up on issues when you actually do speak to some one. Can never see your vehicle in a timely manner even if it has completely stopped running due to defective parts. All this while under warranty. As one of the only Ram dealers in the Winston Salem area you are forced to deal with them for warranty issues. Completely incompetent with horrible customer service and not at all concerned about it. May be worst new car service department ever experienced After two prior attempts to obtain warranty service and finding they lost my in-person appointment when I arrived for service..., Twice, they said the After two prior attempts to obtain warranty service and finding they lost my in-person appointment when I arrived for service..., Twice, they said they would order a defective part and call - never happened. I tried again, this time using the online scheduler. the next day I received a call saying their online scheduler may have confirmed an appointment, but it would be an additional 3 weeks before they could look at my new Laramie. For one of the three requested items, they said that they would not even look at without me personally obtaining permission from their sales department. I was promised 6 free oil changes when I purchased this $61,000 vehicle, but experience has been so miserable, it is simpler to pay $100 per oil change elsewhere. Based on my experience buying cars and having them serviced for nearly 50 years; this "service" department is so bad, using the word service is laughable. They make it clear, after your purchase - You need to get your vehicle's warranty service at any other dealer. More
Everything wasn’t done I had my car towed to the dealership to get 3 recalls done, new tires put on and to find out why my car would crank up but not stay running. They called and told me my car was ready, so I had to call and find out how much money to bring (I don’t use credit cards), just to find out they couldn’t do the ignition recall. So I bought a battery and took it with me and had them to put it on and told them to keep my car because it still would crank but not stay running. Then they call me and tell me I need 2 gaskets, one for the intake manifold and one for the egr valve and I told them to look on my passenger seat and there should be 2 boxes, one with gaskets and the other is a new egr valve. So they called me Monday and let me know that my car was ready, but do to my work schedule I wasn’t able to get it until today (Wednesday). After calling to find out how much it is going to cost me ($539), I go to pick it up, and to my surprise, the same parts are still sitting in the passenger seat!! Needless to say, the customer service was good, but the communication sucked and I will never take my car back to them again!! If you don’t give them anything stating what you want/need done, then this could happen to you!! More
