The service dept assoc did not log my car in for service after I gave necessary info and waited for one hour while my car sat in the same spot. This was a repeat offense by the same assoc. Walked in told them what we was looking for and they found it. Unfortunately the used car had a broken windshield BUT they didn't hesitate to say they would fix it for FREE for us.And they did..within a found it. Unfortunately the used car had a broken windshield BUT they didn't hesitate to say they would fix it for FREE for us.And they did..within a matter of a day they fixed windshield and recalibrate the sensors in the windshield. Now this used car looks BRAND new. On top of all that they got us the best deal against everyone else around.Thank you!!!! More

Each time I’ve called to get service, the have not been able to connect with anyone in the service dept. each time I was told someone would call me back. Neither time did I get a call back. I had to call able to connect with anyone in the service dept. each time I was told someone would call me back. Neither time did I get a call back. I had to call back again the next day. Plus, each time the repair cost was astronomically high ! Now, I know that if my car has something wrong, that could just be a coincidence.the car. However, o take good care of my car. I get it serviced every 3k miles . When in my last visit there were things suggested to have done, beyond why I came in , I did them! My jeep has 188,000 miles on it. Is it the service dept or is it that jeep does not make a car that lasts until 200,000 before you have to pay 2500 on my last visit and over a 1000 on the previous visit. Not sure if anyone actually reads these things but I’d really like a response ! BTW, Amber seemed to empathize with my situation! More
