What an awful experience. I know people only write about bad experiences but take this warning, if you read the reviews below you will understand I am not the only one. I only wished I had read them before bad experiences but take this warning, if you read the reviews below you will understand I am not the only one. I only wished I had read them before I went there. Basically they were rude, pushy, and deceitful. I went through with the purchase because I got such a great deal. Actually turned out they sold me a lemon because 6 days after the purchase the car started makikng an awful sound. They were completely unaccomadating and told me I'd have to pay for the repairs. he finance person told me I had 7 days to return the car and get a full refund, I mentioned this to Vitto and he rudely told me 4 times there is no law in New Jersey stating this. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he stated he went on vacation that same morning for 10 days. How convenient. These people are AWFUL. Yes the prices are great, however the quality is absolutely not. Do not go here. Go to people that are more honest. The people that work here will tell you one thing and turn around and swear they never said it. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING IF YOU GO HERE. More

North Plainfield Nissan is run by a bunch of scam artists. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as they lie, and steal your XM radio from your car after they realize they don't have a dummy on their h artists. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as they lie, and steal your XM radio from your car after they realize they don't have a dummy on their hands willing to cough up $3,000 for a down payment on a car they gave you two months prior. Avoid this dealership at all costs! They will have you sign blank paperwork and then forge an amount for your annual salary, and try to pass it off as your handwriting! When you give these people paystubs and tax returns to show what your salary is, they will still lie to the bank and try to make it seem like you, the customer, is the one who lied. I have been spreading the word about these crooks since June 2012, and will continue to do so. Avoid this dealership and go to a Nissan dealership such as Route 22 Nissan in Hillside...save yourself the drama from these low life's!!! More
