Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied I cannot give this review a low enough review. I placed a deposit on a pre-owned Toyota 4Runner over the phone and provided a date and time that I wo I cannot give this review a low enough review. I placed a deposit on a pre-owned Toyota 4Runner over the phone and provided a date and time that I would be there to pickup the vehicle. I drove almost 4 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival for my scheduled appointment it was discovered that the salesman who took my deposit never processed the payment or marked the vehicle sold. Unfortunately another salesman sold the vehicle the day before. While the manager of the dealership made every attempt to right the situation. There simply is no way to make it right. I cannot express my disappointment and dissatisfaction enough. More

Our experience this past weekend was wonderful and absolutely painless. Brad worked with us on our budget and he showed us cars that were exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure to make a decision and he did not try to up sell or show us cars that were out of range. We have never leased before so we were a little nervous but Brad and the rest of the team were very thorough in explaining all we need to know. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied before we left the lot. We love our Maxima and I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone who is looking to purchase or lease a car. More

Waste of time Received a call from someone at the dealer this morning telling me they could do a 2016 Rogue for $69 a month with 3500 down plus taxes, etc (approx 1 Received a call from someone at the dealer this morning telling me they could do a 2016 Rogue for $69 a month with 3500 down plus taxes, etc (approx 1500). Told her to have the exact numbers done so when I came down I wouldn't have to be there hours. Get there and was passed off onto someone who sat me at a desk with my toddler son while he went off to help someone else. 30 mins later I find him to see if he has my numbers and he tells me he's helping someone else and would have a diff person help me. Now this third person looks at the sheet where I was told $69 a month and says he can do it for $230 with 5k down. Obviously they didn't want my business. I've been pricing out the car and know that's a ridiculous price and why lie to me on the phone with the $69 price? This dealer has completely wasted my time. Car dealers don't have the best rep to begin with and this is the worst of them all. More

Very unprofessional, disrespectful. ! This phone call was regarding availability for oil change on my Nissan Murano - however female representative who answered that call (no name becaus This phone call was regarding availability for oil change on my Nissan Murano - however female representative who answered that call (no name because she didn't introduce her self) straightforward unpleasantly ask for my phone number - since I don't use my own number on regular basis I did hesitate for a moment try to memorize my number - well , she didn't - she immediately put me on hold without any warning or comment regarding her action , after couple of minutes being on hold she answered again - so I asked - why did you put me on hold - her answer was - " You are very inpatient - and you are not the only customer here !?. Well ,at this point my tolerance level rich maximum - I simply couldn't continue this conversation any longer, so I decide to finish it this incredible experience. I hung up! In conclusion - that was an unacceptable experience with the Service Department of the "North Plainfield Nissan " dealership . More
