The worst service ever. I have to wait for over 4 hours for brakes and oil change. I had 15% off and they only discount $31 out $435 bill. I don’t know if they don’t know how I have to wait for over 4 hours for brakes and oil change. I had 15% off and they only discount $31 out $435 bill. I don’t know if they don’t know how to do percentages. I talk to the manager Patrick and he only said that he will give me two free oil changes. Like if I’m not suppose to get them free for life. And by the way the other time I was there they left the battery checker on the battery of my car and it was close thanks God I notice before putting car on otherwise I probably would not be writing this. Please don’t go there if you do please check your car before putting on. And after all they didn’t even wash my car. More

My wife and I were on our way to a wedding when our brake li ghts went out. These incredible folks helps get us squared away, when they could have easily turned us away because of they were closing soon. M ghts went out. Disorganised and rude! Had to get the deposit back and buy the car elsewhere, after bringing my senior mother in law for an appointment to sign the paperwork for her car, on Had to get the deposit back and buy the car elsewhere, after bringing my senior mother in law for an appointment to sign the paperwork for her car, only to learn that no one was aware about us coming and we have to wait for quite some time..., even though I called the day before and spoke to one of the managers, who assured me that it all will be taken care of in no time. It never occured to GM to apologize, or to try to make it right. In addition, I am (was) an old customer who got at least 7 or 8 cars from them before. One more thing, if one looks at other reviews, you'll see that the owner responds ONLY to a positive ones, never to a negative. Makes you wonder, do this people ever heard about customer service? More

What a scummy, drceptive dealership. Untrustworthy What a scummy dealership. They advertised an Altima for 12799 and when I went to the dealership they added 3000 dollars on top of the advertised price What a scummy dealership. Some made up charges like repair order , prep charge etc and were unwilling to honor the advertised price. I have never seen such deceptive practice. Wasted 3 hours of my time. I would strongly suggest to stay away from this dealership. More
