They are big cons and I feel cheated I would give zero if I can. I went to lease a Nissan car cause I really wanted to have one and asked them to give me good deal. We had good conversation and he said all I have to pay is 202$ no down payment . I confirmed and reconfirmed with him and yet he did not give me any correct number and later charged me 2000$ . I hate what they did to us . We guineuly wanted a car and they tried to cheat us. I do not expect such services and never recommend going there. This is the worst dealer. More

My story is a little long, but it really goes to show how grea Andrew Woolcock and North Plainfield Nissan were fantastic in my used car purchase. My story is a little long, but it really goes to show how great this dealership is . I initially walked into the dealer by chance in 10/2018, and I purchased an Infiniti that day, purchase was easy and hassle free. The story of why this dealer Is so amazing , starts after the purchase. About a month after my purchase, my car started to have mechanical issues . Without getting into specifics, these issues Originated with the manufacturer. NP Nissan didn’t leave me hanging , they put Andrew Woolcock on my case . He followed up daily with everyone, keeping lines of communication open and clear . In the end the manufacturer failed to stand by their vehicle (my car) , but NP Nissan showed me that the customer is their number 1 priority . They took my car back, at significant cost to them and put me in a better , more expensive car, Never trying to charge or up sell me in the process. You hear horror stories of people buying cars with problems and dealers turning their back. That DID NOT happen here, this experience was eye opening. In the end I have my 2nd car from NP Nissan in the last 90 days and today I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Andrew Woolcock for your integrity and professionalism , you speak truth and come through for the customer. Service writer was Smithy last name and think his first name was Antoine Presently made a complaint with Nissan Corp. and have a complaint # on file. Not happy since I needed a tire rotation! More
