I came to North Plainfield Nissan after another dealer set me up for failure from the start. I was told it was near impossible to get me into a car, which was the furthest from the truth. I thoroughly regret not coming to North Plainfield Nissan in the first place. (The were closed due to COVID). Our salesman Bruno is quite honestly the most patient person I have ever met. I, as a customer know that I can be indecisive and a little head strong with my demands and anyone could easily loose their patience. Bruno answered every single one of my questions day and night and kept his word every single time he said he would follow up with me. That's huge in my book, FOLLOW UP! The Finance Team knew they would need to put in some real work to help me get into a car after they saw how much the previous dealer had screwed me over.
