Brad had an incredibly professional demeanor, without being pushy. I would definitely go back to this dealership and buy my next car from Brad. All of the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. In all the years we've purchased cars, this was the best dealership I've ever come across. I'm so glad my neighbors referred us. We received an awesome deal, never once felt pressured and it was so nice dealing with down to earth, personable people. Noel Verdejo, the finance manager, was very personable and professional as well. We really enjoyed dealing with both Noel and Brad. Two employees that definitely set the standard for excellence in the car industry. I'm a former Nordstrom Short Hills, NJ manager and I would've happily hired Brad and Noel to represent my team. I hope Nissan takes the time to recognize excellent customer service from their hard working staff. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience from beginning to end. Each subsequent repair guaranteed to fix problem (which I did not have before). One head gasket, an Engine Control Module and many sensors later, exact symptoms have recurred. After spending more money than the value of this car, I have to start over with my new mechanic. Please, please go to another mechanic if they say you need extensive repairs! Right now they say nothing is wrong with my car in spite of Service Engine Soon light (which they just reset each time & say it's fixed) More

Great Experience! Great Deal! I am HIGHLY satisfied! As I read through the other reviews, I was shocked because my experience at this dealership was a completely different experience! I walked into the dealership with one mission, and that was leaving with my first car that day. So, by the end of the day I was a very satisfied customer. I have nothing but great things to say about the experience I had. The salesman that helped me was Stuart S. "The Man," and he did LITERALLY everything in his power to see to it that I got the vehicle I wanted that stayed within my budget. The entire staff that was there that evening was very helpful and willing to help. I am all about customer service because it truly is about the experience of the clients that will drive the business. After leaving with my brand new 2016 Nissan Sentra that evening, I mentioned how I finally have my own car to everyone that I came into contact with. Did I mention that I received a great deal and there were truly willing to help me stay within my budget! I was just so shocked, and excited at same time. Even after I got the car that I loved, I was encouraged to call or stop by if I had any additional questions. Honestly, I don't think I would have received the deals and great service I had if I had gone to anyone else. Stuart was very easy going, and he did not sugar coat anything at all. He explained everything from beginning to end so that there would be no surprises. I didn't feel as though I was being pressured to do anything. I am now the proud owner of a new Nissan Sentra 2016! Shady & Sleazy business practices I can't believe this place is still in business! I spent a day of my vacation, and two people with me took the day off. Knew what I wanted. Spent THREE HOURS purchasing a car from "Anthony" (not his real name, as I remember working with him many years ago). A car they didn't have but showed us ON PAPER was at one of the other of "three dealerships we own". Pinged my credit, put a deposit down, signed papers, shook hands, got a copy of the vin, and went to a celebratory lunch since they promised they would have the car delivered to them in three MORE hours. Thought I was the owner of a new Murano! About an hour later received a phone call they COULD NOT PRODUCE THE CAR I SIGNED TO BUY. Wanted to bait and switch me to a different car they would deliver "in a couple days" located in ANOTHER state, sight unseen AFTER I paid for it. Unacceptable. Everyone here claims to be a manager "Spike", "Robson", "Mike" the manager...they're all "managers". "Sean", also claiming to be a manager, actually asked me to step outside to FIGHT HIM. I'm a female. STAY AWAY from these crooked tough guys! More

Tried to get me to agree to "itemized" charges thinking I couldn't and wouldn't do the simple math to find those simple charges added up to $800 more than actual total -- total at bottom was incorrect. Wasted a lot of time going back and forth to manager...just a charade. Held me hostage by keeping my credit card and registration of trade in. I couldn't leave. Sales guy was snippy and condescending from beginning. He didn't have a lot of answers. Felt xxxxxxxxxxx to the whole time. Horrible experience. Never again. More

Don't believe this person and His manager don't know how to talk to customer . I have complained to NISSAN USA Still they didn't help me . More
