Wipers not working. Took car in for evaluation. In video tech says it’s not electrical, it needs new wiper motor. Also noted connector tab was broken - which it was. I t Took car in for evaluation. In video tech says it’s not electrical, it needs new wiper motor. Also noted connector tab was broken - which it was. I take car home, get to wiper motor connector, push it in a bit and - wipers now work. I put a zip tie on it and now is super snug and wipers are all good. Glad I took the time to double check and not spend the big $ on the recommended repair they wanted to do. That $100 for the diagnosis was wasted $. Should have just checked it myself to begin with. Lesson learned. More

Didn’t notice on our 50k service visit that the car was past inspection. They just said it wouldn’t pass without repairs. Never offered or did inspection. When I said costs were too high after benchmark past inspection. They just said it wouldn’t pass without repairs. Never offered or did inspection.
